This is a discussion list for owners and enthusiasts of the Gaited Baroque Horse. By our definition, this is any naturally gaited horse, that is baroque in body-type, and is genetically part Andalusian, Lusitano, Lipizzan, Friesian, Sorraia, or Barb. Many of today's breeds are directly linked to these breeds, so see Registration Rules for a complete list of breeds. This rare type of cross has the wonderful qualities of the Iberian/baroque breeds plus the added bonus of gait. By gait, we mean a natural singlefoot, rack, running walk, stepping pace, etc. Photos and for-sale notices of these types of horses are welcome. NO SOLICITATION OF NON-EQUINE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IS ALLOWED. ALL DATING SERVICES ARE RESTRICTED FROM THIS LIST>
This list is sponsored by the registry: The Gaited Baroque Horse Association. The web site for the club and egroup is listed below (Note: In 2004, we've dropped the "S" at the end of the domain name).
