The Great South Bay Amateur Radio Club <GSBARC> is a ARRL Affiliated, Special Service Club in the New York City/ Long Island Section of the Hudson Division.

Executive Board Meeting:
The GSBARC Executive Board Meeting is normally on the first Thursday of the month at 8:00 PM. This meeting is open to only club members.

General Meeting:
The GSBARC General Meeting is normally on the last Thursday of the month at 8:00 PM. This is an open meeting and all who are interested in Amateur Radio are welcome to attend.

FCC Volunteer Exam Sessions:
The GSBARC VE Sessions are normally held on the fourth Saturday of each month at 10:00am. They are accredited by the ARRL VEC as FCC Exam Sessions.

Education:
Technician Classes start the third week in September.
General Classes start the second week in January.
Extra Classes start the third week in March.
All Classes are held on Tuesday evenings starting at 7:30 PM.

Weekly Open House:
Saturdays – 2nd weekend of September thru 2nd weekend of July at 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM. Weekly Question and Answer sessions plus specialized training and projects. Check on clubs repeater 146.685 with pl of 110.9
through out the summer to see if there is a open house active.

Location of Meetings:
The location for all meetings and events listed above is the Babylon Town Hall, Emergency Operations Center, located at 200 E. Sunrise Hwy., in North Lindenhurst, NY. The Emergency Operations Center is located in the basement of Town Hall and access is via the rear of the building and down the stairs during the evenings and weekends. You must ring the top buzzer for entry.
