We've seen several pix from our flights where the parachute appeared BELOW the horizon, and that's one form of Post Burst Chaos that many of us have

They were using a StratoStar TU301-3 for the APRS and StratoStar 900-4 for the data and tracking link.   ... From: "gregwilliams@..."
