1 Egg, & 2 Mobiles
65 minutes of connection between mobiles.
We assembled something as per image:

image00166.jpg

Initiated the call between the two mobiles and allowed 65 minutes approximately...
During the first 15 minutes nothing happened;
25 minutes later the egg started getting hot;
45 minutes later the egg is hot;
65 minutes later the egg is cooked.

image00240.jpg
Conclusion:
The immediate radiation of the mobiles has the potential to modify the proteins  of the egg. Imagine what it can do with the proteins of your brains when you do long calls.

Please try to reduce long time calls on mobile phones and pass this mail to all your friends
& Family you care for.

My mind raced back to my school days when I learnt a hindi poem by Pt. Makhanlal Chaturvedi called "PUSHP KI ABHILASHA".In those days we just mugged it up because it was part of our course, but somehow these lines have got etched in my mind.

This is, no doubt, best peice of poetry from Makhanlal. It accurately represent the pride and passion for the nation.I find these lines very close to my heart.Since the time i read this poem first time in 8th standard, i use to recite this poem once in a week till now.

This poem tells us dedication and patriotism towards our country. The stanza of the poems are really soul stirring. Salute to him who wrote these lines and salute to them who shed their blood for our great motherland

Pushp Ki Abhilasha

Chah Nahin Mai SurBala Ke
Gehnon Mein Guntha Jaaon
Chah Nahin Premi Mala Mein
Bindh, Pyari Ko Lalchaon
Chah Nahin Samraton Ke
Shav Par, He Hari Dala Jaaon
Chah Nahin Devon Ke Sar Par
Chadhon, Bhagya Par Itraoon
Mujhey Tod Lena Banmali,
Us Path Par Tum Dena Phaink
Matra Bhoomi Per Sheesh Chadhaney,
Jis Path Jaayen Veer Anek

The Yearning (DESIRE) of a Flower

I don't want to be a part of the necklace of the beautiful girl,I don't want to woo the lady love,I don't want to be spread over dead bodies,I don't want to act snob, after someone offers me to the Gods.
Just pluck me Gardner and throw me on the road, which is taken by the brave soldiers to give away their lives for the Motherland !

I pray for the flower's wish to be granted.*Peace*

In the Blessed memory of those courageous Indians
Who died in the struggle for deadliest terror attack,
Thousands of men and women have given their lives
Some one they never knew nor will ever meet
So today we say a little prayer of thanks to those
Countless persons who paid the price of their life
Let those who came after see to it that these names not be forgotten.

In memory of our soldiers, who laid down their
Lives in defence of our nation
For they who at the call of the duty
Left all that was dear to them
Endured hardships, faced dangers and
Finally passed out of sight of men.

LETS BOW OUR HEAD AND SAY A LITTLE PRAYER OF THANKS TO THOSE COUNTLESS BRAVE SOLDIERS WHO PAID AND SACRIFICED THEIR LIFE FOR DEFENCE OF OUR NATION.

An Angel's Story
by Max Lucado

"GABRIEL"

Just the sound of my King's voice stirred my heart.
I left my post at the entryway and stepped into the throne room.
To my left was the desk on which sat the Book of Life.
Ahead of me was the throne of Almighty God.

I entered the circle of unceasing Light,
folded my wings before me to cover my face,
and knelt before Him.

"Yes, my Lord?"

"You have served the kingdom well.
You are a noble messenger.
Never have you flinched in duty.
Never have you flagged in zeal."

I bowed my head, basking in the words.
"Whatever You ask, I'll do a thousand times over, my King," I promised.

"Of that I have no doubt, dear messenger."

His voice assumed a solemnity I'd never heard Him use.
"But your greatest work lies ahead of you.
Your next assignment is to carry a gift to Earth.

Behold."

I lifted my eyes to see a necklace,
a clear vial on a golden chain dangling from His extended hand.

  My Father spoke earnestly,
"Though empty, this vial will soon contain My greatest gift.
Place it around your neck."

I was about to take it when a raspy voice interrupted me.
"And what treasure will You send to Earth this time?"

My back stiffened at the irreverent tone,
and my stomach turned at the sudden stench.

Such foul odor could come from only one being.

I DREW MY SWORD AND TURNED TO DO BATTLE WITH LUCIFER.

The Father's hand on my shoulder stopped me.
"Worry not, Gabriel. He will do no harm."

I stepped back and stared at God's enemy.
He was completely covered.

A black cassock hung over his skeletal frame,
hiding his body and arms and hooding his face.
The feet, protruding beneath the robe, were thrice toed and clawed.
The skin on his hands was that of a snake.
Talons extended from his fingers.

He pulled his cape farther over his face as a shield against the Light,
but the brightness still pained him.

Seeking relief, he turned toward me.
I caught a glimpse of a skullish face within the cowl.

"What are you staring at, Gabriel? " he sneered.
"Are you that glad to see me?"

I had no words for this fallen angel.

Both what I saw and what I remembered left me speechless.

I remembered him before the Rebellion:
poised proudly at the vanguard of our force, wings wide,
holding forth a radiant sword, he had inspired us to do the same.

Who could refuse him?
The sight of his velvet hair and coal black eyes had far outstripped the beauty
of any celestial being.

Any being, of course, except our Creator.

No one compared Lucifer to God ... except Lucifer.

How he came to think he was worthy of the same worship as God,
only God knows. All I knew was that I had not seen Satan since the Rebellion.

And what I now saw repulsed me.
I searched for just a hint of his former splendor but saw none.

"Your news must be urgent," spat Satan to God,
still unable to bear the Light.

My Father's response was a pronouncement.
"The time has come for the second gift."

The frame beneath the cape bounced stiffly as Lucifer chuckled.
"The second gift, eh? I hope it works better than the first."

"You're disappointed with the first?" asked the Father.

"Oh, quite the contrary; I've delighted in it."
Lifting a bony finger, he spelled a word in the air: C-H-O-I-C-E.

"You gave Adam his choice," Satan scoffed.
"And what a choice he made! He chose me.
Ever since the fruit was plucked from the tree in the Garden,
I've held Your children captive.
They fell. Fast. Hard.
They are mine.
You have failed. Heh heh heh.

"You speak so confidently," replied the Father,
astounding me with His patience.

Lucifer stepped forward, his cloak dragging behind him.

"Of course! I thwart everything You do!
You soften hearts, I harden them.
You teach truth, I shadow it.
You offer joy, I steal it."

He pivoted and paraded around the room, boasting of his deeds.
"The betrayal of Joseph by his brothers - I did that.
Moses banished to the desert after killing the Egyptian I did that.
David watching Bathsheba bathe that was me.

You must admit, my work has been crafty."

  "Crafty? Perhaps. But effective? No.
I know what you will do even before you do it.

I used the betrayal of Joseph to deliver My people from famine.
Your banishment of Moses became his wilderness training.
And yes, David did commit adultery with Bathsheba but he repented of his sin!
And thousands have been inspired by his example and found what he found
- Unending Grace.

Your deceptions have only served as platforms for My mercy.

You are still My servant, Satan. When will you learn?
Your feeble attempts to disturb My work only enable My work.

EVERY ACT YOU HAVE INTENDED FOR EVIL,  I HAVE USED FOR GOOD."

Satan began to growl a throaty, guttural, angry growl.
Softly at first, then louder, until the room was tilled with a roar
that must have quaked the foundations of hell.

But the King was not bothered. "Feeling ill?"

Lucifer lurked around the room, breathing loudly,
searching for words to say and a shadow from which to say them.
He finally found the words but never the shadow.

"Show me, 0 King of Light,
show me one person on the Earth
who always does right and obeys Your will."

  "Dare you ask?
You know there need be only one perfect one,
only one sinless one to die for all the others."

I know Your plans and You have failed!
No Messiah will come from Your people.
There is none who is sinless. Not one."

He turned his back to the desk and began naming the children.

"Not Moses.
Not Abraham.
Not Lot.
Not Rebekah.
Not Elijah. . . ."

The Father stood up from His throne,
releasing a wave of holy Light so intense that Lucifer staggered backward and fell.

"THOSE ARE MY CHILDREN YOU MOCK."

God's voice boomed. "You think you know much, fallen angel,
but you know so little. Your mind dwells in the valley of self.
Your eyes see no further than your own needs."

The King walked over and reached for the book.
He turned it toward Lucifer and commanded,
"Come, Deceiver, read the name of the One who will call your bluff.
Read the name of the One who will storm your gates.

Satan rose slowly off his haunches.
Like a wary wolf, he walked a wide circle toward the desk until
he stood before the volume and read the word:

IMMANUEL

"Immanual?" he muttered to himself, then spoke in atone of disbelief. "God with us"
For the first time the hooded head turned squarely toward the face of the Father.

"No. Not even You would do that.
Not even You would go so far."

"You've never believed Me, Satan."

"But Immanuel? The plan is bizarre!
You don't know what it is like on Earth!
You don't know how dark I've made it.
It's putrid. It's evil. It's ...

"IT IS MINE," PROCLAIMED THE KING.

"AND I WILL RECLAIM WHAT IS MINE.

I WILL BECOME FLESH.
I WILL FEEL WHAT MY CREATURES FEEL.
I WILL SEE WHAT THEY SEE."

  "But what of their sin?"
  "I will bring mercy."

  "What of their death?"
  "I will give life."

  Satan stood speechless.

God spoke, "I love My children.
Love does not take away the beloved's freedom.
But love takes away fear.
And Immanuel will leave behind a tribe of fearless children.
They will not fear you or your hell."

Satan stepped back at the thought.
His retort was childish. "Th th they will too!"

"I will take away all sin.
I will take away death.
Without sin and without death, you have no power."

Around and around in a circle Satan paced,
clenching and unclenching his wiry fingers.
When he finally stopped,
he asked a question that even I was thinking.
"Why? Why would You do this?"

The Father's voice was deep and soft. "Because I love them."

The two stood facing each other. Neither spoke.
The extremes of the universe were before me.
God robed in Light, each thread glowing.
Satan canopied in evil, the very fabric of his robe seeming to crawl.

Peace contrasting panic.
 Wisdom confronting foolishness.
One able to rescue, the other anxious to condemn.

I have reflected much on what happened next.

Though I have relived the moment countless times,
I'm as stunned as I was at the first.
Never in my wildest thoughts did I think my King would do what He did.

Had He demanded Satan's departure, who would have questioned?
Had He taken Satan's life, who would have grieved?
Had He called me to attack, I would have been willing.

But God did none of these.

From the circle of Light came His extended hand.
From His throne came an honest invitation.

"Will you surrender? Will you return to Me?"

I do not know the thoughts of Satan.

But I believe that for a fleeting second the evil heart softened.
The head cocked slightly, as if amazed that such an offer would be made.
But then it yanked itself erect.

"Where will we battle?" he challenged.

The Father sighed at the dark angel's resistance.
"On a hill called Calvary."

"If You make it that far."
Satan smirked, spinning and marching out the entryway.
I watched as his spiny wings extended, and he soared into the heavenlies.

The Father stood motionless for a moment, then turned back to the book.
Opening to the final chapter, He slowly read words I had never heard.

No sentences. Just words. Saying each, then pausing:

JESUS,

NAIL,

CROSS,

BLOOD,

TOMB,

LIFE.

He motioned toward me, and I responded, kneeling again before Him.
Handing me the necklace, He explained,
"This vial will contain the essence of Myself;
a Seed to be placed in the womb of a young girl.
Her name is Mary. She lives among My chosen people.
The fruit of the Seed is the Son of God. Take it to her."

"But how will I know her?" I asked.

"Don't worry. You will." I could not comprehend God's plan,
but my understanding was not essential.
My obedience was.

I lowered my head, and He draped the chain around my neck.
Amazingly, the vial was no longer empty.

It glowed with Light.

"Jesus. Tell her to call My Son Jesus."

Thought For The Day:

The tongue that brings healing is a tree of life, but a deceitful tongue crushes the spirit. – Proverbs 15 : 4

The tongue of the righteous is choice silver…

The lips of the righteous nourish many… - Proverbs 10 : 20,21

The tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. – James 3 : 5

The tongue also is a  fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body.  It corrupts the whole person,

Sets the whole course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.  – James 3 : 6

With the tongue we praise our LORD and FATHER, and with it we curse men, who have been made in GOD’s likeness.

Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing.  My brothers, this should not be.

Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring?

My brothers, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs?

Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water. – James 3 : 9-12

Good DAY

Sometimes we must be Hurt in order to Grow,

Sometimes we must Fail in order to Know,
Sometimes we must Lose in order to Gain,

Because some lessons in life are best learned through PAIN....

Have A Nice Day ! `

Principles of Life
1:Life does not work through indecision. Indecision promotes blocks, confusion and stress. Make a decision and allow life to find movement through you. Trust yourself.
2: The 3 C's of life are Courage, Capacity and Commitment. It takes Courage and a Commitment to make many of life's decisions, and Capacity to follow them through.
3: Truth is neverout of time....it always remains the truth. It is we who are usuallyunable...to recognise the truth.
4:The mind recoils from the unknown, so we seek to make everything known, and, thus safe. Imagination is the key to the unknown...the positive, uplifting imagination.
5: For as long as we search for Our God Self, we deny that we are it. Loving yourself reveals your truth.
6: Becoming free is not changing yourself into someone you think you should be. Becoming free is falling in love with who you are...right now!

18: Your mind cannot exist in the moment. You cannot think your way into the moment, you can only think your way out of it. This indicates that your mind/intellect cannot set you free. True freedom is a state of consciousness. Only your consciousness is aware of NOW.
19: We each live in our own universe, a universe of our making. It is designed to support our beliefs and our focus. Our thoughts are our focus, so observe your thoughts, focus on your blessings, and trust. This is howwe eachbecome a participant.

Eat those nuts to stay healthy

Source: MSN India

It's time to get rid of salted potato chips from your shelves and replace them with healthier nuts that will help you overcome hunger pangs and attain a healthy lifestyle.

Eat those nuts to stay healthy
For years it was said that nuts contain fat and lead to body heat and so they should be avoided, especially during summer.

"There are so many myths associated with nuts, that are not at all true. First of all, eating a handful of nuts every day doesn't mean that you will become fat. Nuts have mono-saturated fat that are good for your body. They also help you lose weight," nutrition expert Geetu Amarnani told IANS.

"The other myth associated with nuts is that they generate body heat if eaten during summer. This is not true. Excess of everything is bad and the same goes with nuts. You don't have to eat them in plenty. A handful is more than enough," she added.
Also, one has to chose from a wide variety of nuts from almonds to pistachios, from cashew nuts to walnuts and from hazelnuts to pine nuts.

Fitness expert Aamit from FX Zone Noida says that nuts help in losing weight if you start replacing junk food with them.

"We all have this tendency to eat junk food whenever we get hunger pangs. We eat chips, noodles, biscuits or namkeens and they are not at all filling. You will feel filled for some time but in another one hour you will again feel hungry," said Aamit.

"The best way is to keep a fruit or sprout handy. But that also might not give you a feeling of fullness. So when your hunger pang is at its peak, you should opt for a handful of nuts. They will keep you full for a long time."

At the same time Aamit warns that one should avoid eating nuts at night.
"As a universal rule, one should eat dinner early and then if you get hunger pangs then one should avoid approaching nuts because they take time to digest and if there is no such activity then they can result in weight gain," explained Aamit.

Nuts are also excellent sources of antioxidants, fibre and protein. They contain vitamins and minerals like magnesium, copper, folic acid and zinc that help protect against heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke, and may also prevent certain forms of cancer.
Given this, nuts should be a convenient choice for between-meal nibbing but one should not replace a full meal with it.

"One should never replace lunch or dinner with nuts. It is a healthy snack and fits perfectly in a balanced diet but meal replacement is a big no," explained Amarnani.
Fitness experts and nutritionists are not the only ones who understand the benefits of nuts. Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor too admits that the secret behind her healthy body is a handful of nuts.

"Nuts have always been a part of my daily life as they are a gift from nature and are good for health. What is exciting is that nuts are not just healthy snacks, they can be enjoyed in many different ways in different cuisines," said Kapoor.

"I have always been particular about making informed food choices defining good health as it creates a feeling of well being that enables a person to truly enjoy a good life," she added.

Subject: [www.keralites.net] The Fats Needed In Asian Diets

The fat that I am talking about here is called Essential Fatty Acids or EFA for short. EFAs are essential in maintaining your immune system. It cannot be made in the body and must come from the food you eat. EFAs can reduce cholesterol and protect against heart disease. The problem is, you can hardly find EFAs in the typical Asian diet. In fact, if you look closely, you will find a scary lack, almost a famine, of EFAs in the Malaysian diet.

Fun & Info @ Keralites.net

EFAs are found in a number of foods. The are mostly concentrated in the oils of certain nuts, seeds and fish. However, such nuts, seeds and beans aren’t regular items in the Malaysian diet. Also, you will that fish consumption has dropped as compared to those days of our forefather’s.

There are two kinds of EFAs. You may have heard this before – the omega-6 family and the omega-3 family. The omega-6 family is more common and can be found in seeds grown in temperate climate such as sunflower and corn oils.  It is also found in evening primrose oilMalaysians tend not to have a lack of this due to the generous amounts of vegetable oil they consume. However, a point to note is that EFAs are delicate and easily damaged by air and high temperatures. Quite often, Malaysian foods are deep fried, and there is a high chance that the omega-6 EFAs are destroyed before consumption.

Fun & Info @ Keralites.net

The omega-3 family on the other hand is horribly lacking in the typical Malaysian diet. A source of omega-3 EFAs is cold water fish such as salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines. Such fishes are not very commonly eaten in Malaysia. A way to sneak in the omega-3 EFAs is cod liver oil.

Fun & Info @ Keralites.net

If you are vegetarian, my suggestion would be flaxseed oil which you can get from health stores. Just make sure they are cold-pressed which basically means they use a slower process which maintains the oils delicate EFAs. Flaxseed oil was actually a staple food oil all over northern Europe right up to World War II. Another natural source of omega-3 that you can get from the Asian diet are soybeans which provides a good dose of omega-3s.

Fun & Info @ Keralites.net

With the huge lack in EFAs in our Malaysian diet, it is highly important for us to try to actively incorporate them into our daily diet. Make sure you have that on your next shopping list!

KPC said to have okayed budget for fourth refinery

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 6: The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) has approved the budget forwarded by the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) for the fourth refinery and some fuel projects, reports Al-Rai daily quoting reliable sources. The sources said although the KNPC will have to provide some explanations for points related to the environmental fuel project, the Board of Directors at the KPC has agreed to the budget’s items. While KD 4 billion has been allotted to the fourth refinery project, KD 8 billion has been given for another fuel venture. The board is believed to be waiting for the approval of the Higher Council of Petroleum in order to launch the projects. On the other hand, sources expect the restoration of the K-Dow Chemicals project, especially after the government announced that earlier suspended projects will be implemented shortly. The sources said negotiations have been underway, although nothing clear has emerged so far.

They added there are unofficial negotiations currently in place between Dow Chemicals and the Petrochemicals Industries Company (PIC) to restore the project that was earlier canceled by the Cabinet. They opined that any new deal will be in accordance with the new international financial and economic circumstances. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Oil and Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) have refused to allocate land in the northern and southern parts of the country for the State Ministry of Housing due to the presence of oil wells, reports Al-Jarida daily quoting sources. Sources said the State Ministry of Housing has requested the Council of Ministers to communicate with Kuwait Municipality for the allocation of alternative land areas for the implementation of several housing projects. Sources revealed the Ministry of Oil has been instructed to prepare a list of possible areas with oil to build a fence around them and inform the concerned government departments that these areas are for the ministry or KOC.

E-fingerprinting eyed at all points of entry
KUWAIT CITY, Nov 6: The Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior Lieutenant-General Ahmed Al-Rujaib has issued an order to install electronic fingerprinting machines at all entry - road, sea and air — points to fingerprint all incoming ‘passengers’ starting from next week, reports Al-Rai daily. Al-Rujaib stressed even those entering the country on visit or commercial visas will also be fingerprinted. A security source said the decision was taken after the Criminal Investigation Department discovered three Asians who were deported from the country for trading in alcohol had re-entered the country after changing the personal information on their passports.

Meanwhile, the General Criminal Evidence Department has started the implementation of the second phase of a project to link its systems electronically with that of the General Immigration Department, reports Al-Rai daily quoting Brigadier General Eid Busaleeb, the department director. Busaleeb explained the second phase includes stopping the issuance of paper security clearance certificates to male expatriates applying for visa number 20.  He said the department will scan the fingerprints of the applicants to facilitate procedures for sending their criminal records to the General Immigration Department electronically

November 21, 2009 is the 37th annual World Hello Day.  Anyone can participate in World Hello Day simply by greeting ten people.  This demonstrates the importance of personal communication for preserving peace.

World Hello Day was begun in response to the conflict between Egypt and Israel in the Fall of 1973.  Since then, World Hello Day has been observed by people in 180 countries. Every year, November 21 is World Hello Day.  The objective is to say hello to ten people on the day. By greeting others, the message is for world leaders to use communication rather than force to settle conflicts.

People around the world use the occasion of World Hello Day as an opportunity to express their concern for world peace.  Beginning with a simple greeting on World Hello Day, their activities send a message to leaders, encouraging them to use communication rather than force to settle conflicts.

As a global event World Hello Day joins local participation in a global expression of peace.

The World Hello Day web site address is http://www.worldhelloday.org.

31 winners of the Nobel Peace Prize are among the people who have realized

World Hello Day's value as an instrument for preserving peace and as an occasion that makes it

possible for anyone in the world to contribute to the process of creating peace.

Brian McCormack, a Ph.D. graduate of Arizona State University, and Michael McCormack, a graduate of

Harvard University, work together to promote this annual global event.
