Garden Friends Share (GFS) is a general gardener group to discuss your gardens with friends that share your passion and trade seeds and plants. Whether you are a new gardener, or a Master Gardener, you are welcome to our plants and flowers group. Enjoy our extensive files, databases and link resources, garden design files, and member photos from all over the World.

Qualifications: Garden enthusiasts, friendly; willing to share information & plants. Our member Master Gardeners, MCNs and other professionals share their wealth of knowledge with beginner gardeners while creating challenging subjects with their peers. Ask a question, expect an answer.

Plants: Any flowers or plants; perennials, herbs, annuals, vegetables, bulbs, vines, ground covers, biennials, rhizomes, tuberous, houseplants, tropicals, succulents, edibles, wildflowers, roses, shrubs, deciduous and evergreen trees.

Discussions: Anything about gardens and nature! Starting, designing, landscaping, planning beds, planting, wintersowing, composting, fertilizing, organic tips, controlling insects & pests, redworm farming & castings, plant diseases & weeds. We have experts in container gardens; water & pond gardens; kitchen, herb & organic; vegetable and fruit; greenhouses and hoop-houses; cottage, English, victorian & woodland gardens. Master tips to deter or attract wildlife, birds, hummingbirds and butterflies. Get advice on plant companions, striking combinations, color design, decorating with arbors & trellis, and decorating patios, balconys & decks. Participate in our 'Cooking with Garden Herbs and Edible Flowers' feature using recipes covering culinary uses for most herb and edible flowers.

Rules: As a non-monitored group, we have only one rule, stay friendly. So make a cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and share your gardens with friends.
