Garden Friends Share (GFS) is a general gardener group to discuss your gardens with friends that share your passion and trade seeds and plants. Whether you are a new gardener, or a Master Gardener, you are welcome to our plants and flowers group. Qualifications: Garden enthusiasts, friendly; willing to share information & plants. Our member Master Gardeners, MCNs and other professionals share their wealth of knowledge with beginner gardeners while creating challenging subjects with their peers. Ask a question, expect an answer.

Plants: Any flowers or plants; perennials, herbs, annuals, vegetables, bulbs, vines, ground covers, biennials, rhizomes, tuberous, houseplants, tropicals, succulents, edibles, wildflowers, roses, shrubs, deciduous and evergreen trees.

Discussions: Anything about gardens and nature! Starting, designing, landscaping, planning beds, planting, wintersowing, composting, fertilizing, organic tips, controlling insects & pests, redworm farming & castings, plant diseases & weeds. We have experts in container gardens; water & pond gardens; kitchen, herb & organic; vegetable and fruit; greenhouses and hoop-houses; cottage, English, victorian & woodland gardens. Master tips to deter or attract wildlife, birds, hummingbirds and butterflies. Get advice on plant companions, striking combinations, color design, decorating with arbors & trellis, and decorating patios, balconys & decks. Participate in our 'Cooking with Garden Herbs and Edible Flowers' feature using recipes covering culinary uses for most herb and edible flowers.
