Recycling!
The best idea we've come across in a long while. The Freenet of Genesee County, MI uses the Internet and email to make it easy for people to find new homes for items they no longer want - be it furniture, computers, roofing tiles, toys, or a freezer. You can also request items here - just keep the requests reasonable, please!

It's a great way to reduce waste and ease the burden on our landfills - while you declutter, AND have a good time in the process! There's one main rule(but a few others you'll need to know about, too)Everything has to be free, legal, and appropriate for all ages. Check out our database lists for helpful info.
