Community Message Board for the FtWayneFreecycle group!

Our group is open to everyone living in Fort Wayne, Indiana and surrounding areas. This is the group to get to know your neighbors as well as post your neighborhood and city events, offer local money-saving tips, etc.

Members can:
* Share community resources, including "freebies" as well as "nearly free" resources, for example: thrift stores, yard sales, charities, store sales.

* Request info. If you've got a "How do I?" or a "Where can I find?" question, feel free to ask your helpful members!

* Ask for help. Local Freecycle members can offer you great advice on all sorts of subjects.

* Offer Services. Want to volunteer or exchange your services for a needy cause or a worthwhile fellow member? This is the place! Nonprofits can also seek volunteer help here.

* AS WITH FTWAYNEFREECYCLE, POSTING OFFERING OR WANTING A PET IS NOT ALLOWED; thank you for your cooperation with this. Anyone posting wanting OR offering an animal will be removed from the group without warning.

TRADE: Computer services for plumbing services
SERVICE OFFERED: Will help seniors set up computers
ADVICE WANTED: Does anyone know of a good dog sitter?
WANTED: Recipe for potato salad

Members may ask for information regarding local services, including repair, employment, restaurants, pet shelters, beauty salons, local charities and assistance, recipes, vacation destinations, shopping, etc.

It's also a place to set up playdates for parents and children, and get-togethers for like-minded individuals.

Please remember to keep all posts and information "Rated G" and appropriate for all ages to read.
