I own a beautiful apartment in the Pinsker building located 2 minutes away from
the Inbal Hotel in Rachavia-Talbia, Jerusalem. I am looking for someone to buy
my apartment, but I would also rent it out. It is a four bedroom apartment with
three full bathrooms, a meat and dairy kitchen, and a living room dining room
area. It is on the first floor, so it is great for handicap people or people who
have trouble walking steps. Additionally, there is a shul for all three minyanim
one floor down. It is only a thirty minute walk to the Kotel. Outside of the
apartment there is a beautiful walk-through garden where you can either sit and
relax or take a look at all the flowers. Additionally it is a three minute walk
to the famous street named Emek Refaim where there is great dining etc. If you
