This group originally started in the summer of 2005 as a place for me to share frugal menu plans with other ladies. The group has changed and grown more than I ever thought it would. At first I was putting up a weekly or monthly menu plan but found this to be very hard to keep up with. I will occasionaly put this up but it is not something I will be able to do on a normal basis. You can still find the old menus in the file section however.

This group is now a wonderful place for ladies to come for support, ideas, and recipes to help in living a more frugal lifestyle with their family. The easiest place to cut costs is often in the kitchen after all. Please join us and see what its all about. Thank you to all my members for making this group such a success!
