This Group is dedicated to those who need compassion (karuna) and loving kindness (metta) through the sincere and loving efforts of Prayer Request. Prayer Requests are born from the very depths of our heart, from which the beautiful lotus of compassion blooms with spiritual roots strengthened by the power of positive intentions and thoughts. Through Prayer Request we can transform illness, pain and suffering into healing, compassion and peace (shanti).

A response to a Prayer Request is a potent stream of energy and a higher state of consciousness that provides the healing waters to those of greatest need. It works through the combined spiritual efforts of others. Through our combined Divine intention, our once individual state of consciousness becomes a collective consciousness that leads to a pure and unconditional higher state of Unity Consciousness. When Unity Consciousness is achieved, through collective prayer consciousness, all those involved during a Prayer Request are healed. This is why we also feel good or better when we have responded to a Prayer Request. This happens because Unity Consciousness is a doorway to the Divine manifestation of healing, love and compassion.

Prayer is a way to move through life with love, joy, peace and bliss in our hearts. It's a spiritual tool that strengthens our Divinity within, thus bringing us closer to the Divine. Ultimately, it's this spiritual connection that keeps us centered, poised and balanced in our own times of challenge or need.

It is the mission of this Group to bring together a community of kindred spirits, with the purpose of sharing positive intentions and thoughts for all those who need the "Miraculous Power of Prayer".
