Dear Elected Official:

The Awards Committee has made its recommendations and I am proud to announce
that you are a nominee for the "Buckhead Young Republican Elected Official of
the Year" Award to be given at our Annual Awards Dinner to be held Thursday,
April 13, 2006.

You have been nominated both for your leadership as an elected official as well
as your support of the Young Republicans in Fulton County. While not all of you
have been extremely active with the Buckhead organization, all of you have
participated with us in some way over the past year and your activism with some
of the other clubs has been noticed by our officers as well.

The difference between this and other awards the club will be giving that
evening is that we are letting the other Republicans in Fulton County choose who
will be receiving the award. We will be distributing the attached flier with
ballot via email and at the Fulton County Legislative Luncheon on Februray 22.
Plus, it is available for download on our website.

Feel free to distribute the ballot to your friends and supporters as well. Only
voters with Fulton County addresses or who are dues paid members of the Buckhead
Young Republicans can vote.
