It is a violation of a law called Posse Comitatus to use the American military against the American people. Our constitution did not give the law enforcement function to the federal government. The 10th amendment PROHIBITS any federal law enforcement functions. Every DICTATORSHIP gives the law enforcement function to the CENTRAL government. This is the derivation of the term "POLICE STATE". This unit consists of 80,000 members. The mission of the CMRF is to assist with the breakdown of civil authority in the case of a CBRNE (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive) event.
But there is something else going on…
According to Pat Dollard, a talk show host in his area said he was in contact with a member of the military who stated that “the armed forces have been alerted to the strong possibility that civil unrest may occur in the United States this summer, prior to the midterm elections of 2010.”
Keep this phrase in mind, ok?

Barack Obama and the Democrats are well aware that most citizens have had it up to here with the Chicago-style strategy of government and the wholesale hijacking of just about everything that makes this Republic what it is. Key industries. Banks. The medical industry. Automobiles. On and on it goes. Ignorance of the Constitution. Rule by decree. Burying the American people in a pile of debt the size of the Himalayas that will not be paid for at least 3 to 4 generations from my vantage point.
I’m sure many of us out here are wondering where the tipping point will finally be reached. I’m honestly surprised nothing has happened yet. Having said that, Obama and his fellow travelers are itching for some type of ‘incident’ that will allow him to implement martial law and suspend the Constitution including elections until such time he and Holder and Pelosi and Reid determine that it is all clear.
And the CMRF seems to be the tool to carry this out.
