The Harrison County, Missouri (and areas surrounding Bethany, Trenton, Gallatin, MO) Freecycle™ group is open to all who want to "recycle" something that is still usable, rather than throw it away in a landfill. Whether it's a clothing, a chair, piano or an old door, feel free to post it. Or maybe you're looking to acquire something yourself!

One main rule: Everything posted must be free. The person making an OFFER decides who they wish to give it to (without 3rd degree interrogations, please). Once we give an item away we have no say in what the receiver does with it (so if you think you'd worry that someone might sell it afterward, do not make an offer of that item.) A person requesting WANTED items does not have to explain why, but it helps some people to know.

Describe item to the best of your ability. No complaints from receiver if something is dirty, doesn't work, etc. You can always offer it to someone else. Someone will want it. Prompt, on time pick-up is expected. Join our group and see what fun we can share!
