Hickory North Carolina Freecycle is open to all individuals who want to "recycle" that special something rather than throw it away. Whether it's a chair, a fax machine, piano or an old door. Or maybe you're looking to acquire something yourself! One constraint: everything must be completely FREE. That means no absolutely selling, offering to buy, trading, or bartering! And absolutely no pet offers or wants!

Subject lines must use appropriate keywords and look like this example:

OFFER: Old couch, Hickory
PENDING: Old couch, Conover
TAKEN: Old couch, Newton
WANTED: Old couch, Catawba---> [Please use this sparingly. And above all else, don't ask for extravagant items]
