Sharing Is Giving is part of a growing number of locally and independently owned free community groups where members post items they no longer need, and want to give away or items they would like to receive for free.

The goal of Sharing Is Giving is to reduce landfill waste. To achieve this goal, we need to build a strong local community. A strong community develops when we are considerate of one another.

The Copperas Cove Sharing is Giving group is close to Ft. Hood, TX!! If you are in our town, please join, and if you are not, keep looking for your "LOCAL" group. (Or start one for your area)

Our goal is to be environmentally responsible while helping people "declutter" their lives...keeping "stuff" from the landfills. This, though, also implies other kinds of environmental responsibility, such as keeping unnecessary trips in the car to a minimum. No item is too big or too small; but since this is a Sharing is Giving list, ALL items must be 100% free.
