Theodore Nelson, a 33 yr. bipolar man was arrested in Santa Rosa on October 27 2006, after displaying erratc behavior.

Although visibly ncoherent at the tme of the arrest, SRPD broe hs wrist and knee ! Ted is currently in custody n Santa Rosa, with a pin in hs wrist and an inoperable die to swelling and water retention around the painful articulation.

His sister Velvet Nelson has not been able to contact hm for the past 2 weeks, does not now if he is currently medicated for his mental health condition, and is worried sick about hs safety !

Why wasn't Ted, obviously sufferng a psychotic decompensation at the tme of hos assault by PD, taen to Psych Emergency for an evaluation? Why the current wall of silence ?
