When posting an offer, please indicate where you are so folks can judge if your offer is worth the gas money to go get it.
The person making the offer has the sole choice of who gets the item.
The other rule, which isn't really a rule, but a nice idea, is for every two WANTED's that you post, please post at least one OFFER. Everyone has something they don't need, and this concept won't work if everyone just posts WANTED's.
In addition to OFFER's and WANTED's you may also post EVENT's for any free concerts or other free events in the area that you think may be of interest to the group.
So if you have any unused excersize equipment just taking up space, one or two too many cars on the front yard, or a Junk Room that you would like to make livable again, don't just throw it away, share it with your neighbors, who just might have something they don't need that you do.
A second group has been created called AndersonTrader for you to use for anything that is not a Free OFFER or WANTED post. In that group you may post Yard Sales, Swaps, Items for Sale or Announcements.
