New Patterns

These are our newest patterns, hot off the press. These applique patterns work best with fusible web. Fusing Instructions

Fireman 1

Marilyn did this pattern because her husband is training to be a firefighter. Many people have also requested firefighter patterns. It's a simple silhouette against your favorite hand-dye or batik "firey" fabric.

Bears on Chairs 6

This is the next pattern in a 10-pattern series called "Bears on Chairs". To see all the upcoming patterns in this series, click the Bears on Chairs link.

Margaret's Butterfly

This is Margaret's contribution to a 4-part series of butterflies by all four twins. See all four butterflies here. Our next newsletter will contain the final butterfly in this series.

Cream Rose Purse

By Margaret, this is one of our purses. Other upcoming purses.

Victorian Boot

This was a special request for a charity quilt. By Annette Truong, it is one of our shoe patterns.

Wanna Trade?

Our patterns are free using the barter system. If you like our patterns, send a fat quarter! Four Twin Sisters, PO Box 111104, Campbell CA 95011-1104

Thank you Judy!

Closeup of Judy's fabric Judy B of Magalia CA surprised me this week with a donation of over 20 yards of tone-on-tone fabrics! Many of the fabrics are from P&B textiles. Here is a lovely quilt gallery for you to enjoy from the good folks at P&B textiles.

All of the fabric donated by Judy will be cut into pattern kits for our pattern testers.

Thank you to the following people who sent in barter items:

  • Yolanda H - Asheville NC Yolanda sent in two pieces of fabric: rainbow scales, and large magnolias. She also sent an amazing assortment of used postage, some of it very vintage! Thank you so much Yolanda!
  • Sherry S - Spokane WA Sherry sent 2 wonderful pieces of green fabric. Thank you Sherry! They'll be put to good use.
  • Margaret H - Portknockie, Scotland Margaret sent a lovely batch of used postage stamps from the UK and USA. Thank you Margaret!
  • Sandy G - Ada OK Sandy sent a lovely white and black fat quarter. Thank you Sandy!
