Unto all Members of this Group,

Be sure to check the website frequently as the Entertainment Page is now complete and new additions to the Vendors Page have and are being made on a daily basis. We are up to 15 confirmed Vendors with more still coming in.

Volunteers: if you want to volunteer we have a few areas that still need to be covered. 

Attendants to the King: would like 3.  duties are to make sure the King gets enough flood and food through the day and is at the Joust and Royal Cabin at the apointed times. the reason for 3 is so they can swtich off and enjoy the festival as well as take care of the King.

Childrens Games: we have 3 so far but would like 3 more so they can have needed breaks.

Hospitality Area: have 2 would like at least 1 more.

Red Flag Brigade: would like to have 2 to 3 to check on vendors to make sure they are getting food, drinks and bathroom breaks.  Most vendors have more than one person and may not need this service but they should be checked on to make sure everthing is going well and their needs are met.
