Regardless of what language you're trying to teach, this group is for you. Share ideas, tips, tricks, games and methods for teaching a foreign language. This group is for all educators, including parents, homeschoolers, teachers and tutors.
This is a general group for ideas on how to teach a foreign language, not for specific information on any one language.
Whether you are trying to teach Spanish, French, German, Chinese or any other language for that matter, we can all learn from each other, share ideas and resources and provide support.
Please, follow the same basic rules you would find at any other group.
Basic courtesy is expected from all.
Defamatory remarks or rude behaviour will *not* be tolerated.
Advertising is *not* permitted, but you may use your signature to promote your product or business.
Off-topic discussions should be taken elsewhere. This group is for one purpose only – to discuss ways to teach a foreign language to children (or adults!), so let’s try to stay focused.
THIS IS SHOUTING, please don’t do it.

My name is Kim, I’m from Quebec, and I’ve been homeschooling my children since January 2006. Our biggest challenge has always been French, even though I am fairly fluent. My hope for this group is to connect educators from all over the world, so that we can explore creative ways to teach a new language together.
