FL Pagan Homeschoolers is a statewide group comprised primarily
of Pagan home educators throughout Florida. Even those who are not
homeschooling are welcome to join. Most of the homeschooling
families on this list practice some form of earth-based
spirituality, although we may call the variations by different
names - Paganism, Native American spiritualism, Wicca, Druidism,
Asatru, Heathenism etc. Flpaganhomeschoolers is also open to all
others friendly to free thought or alternative philosophies -
agnostic, atheist, humanist, still searching, or don't want a label.
If you are not Pagan and would like to join, feel free to do so.
Please remember that this is a Pagan-friendly list and that closed
minds need to have closed mouths. This is a pro-tolerance group.
Practicing Universal Love and acceptance of all of Earths creatures!

Pagan home learners of all types are welcome to join -
unschooling, classical education, school-at-home, Waldorf,
Montessori, box curriculum, secular, eclectic, etc.

I would like to see this group evolve into a support system and
an extended family for ourselves and other non-traditional
homeschoolers. This is not "my" group, it is our group. It is
open for homeschool support and the special needs of pagan
families: help with finding pagan, secular or alternative
curriculums, pagan parenting discussions, play groups, field trips,
family rituals & traditions, holidays - seasonal celebrations,
Sabbats, blots, etc., drum circles, and other pagan-friendly events.
