For those who like to take their children on field trips. This group is to help build a sense of community, respect, and compassion for those who are setting up field trips and for those who like to go on field trips in the Southern California area. When RSVPing for field trips, please send payment promptly and if reservations need to be cancelled, that is communicated as soon as possible to the organizer. Please limit personal emails to the organizer. Because there are often limited spaces on field trips and for ease in organizing, a RSVP is considered a RSVP when someone writes to the organizer saying, "I would like to RSVP" or something similar. Due to safety reasons, details of field trips are not to be forwarded to others without consent from the organizer.

This group is for parents, caretakers, family, and family friends participating with children on field trips. Most field trips are not drop offs and it is the adult supervisor's responsibility to care for their minors.

This group is inclusive of all sexual orientation, race, religious beliefs or no religious affiliation, homeschooling choices or school choices, and respect for all people for who they are. Guiding principals are unschooling, Attachment Parenting, Alfie Kohn, Non Violent Communication.
