Before you join our little group please be advised that this is NOT just a crochet & crafts list.. We are a crochet & Craft list for folks with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain disorders! We have a very real illness, it is not in your head and it is not a fake disease!

We may not talk crochet or any other kind of crafts for days. We WILL complain about our pain, our isolation due to our pain, our frustration due to our pain, and the sorry medical treatment we receive due to our pain.

Occasionally someone will join and then try to sell us a "cure".Yes, I
know this is shocking, but unfortunately it has happened. ANY member who
behaves in this manner will be put on moderation and IF it happens
again they WILL be banned. There will be no further warning. We have a
obligation to our members to keep the posts free from these kind of sales
promotions. AND WE WILL!!!

We do not support and/or allow members who are a part of Grouply. Grouply allows access to the archives of our group to the public. This will NOT be allowed.

WE hurt and talk about our problems !!!! We are here to support each other as we try to live and function with Fibromyalgia!!

We love to talk!!! And we talk a a lot on occasions!! We also use laughter as a way of dealing with our pain. So you can expect just about anything to happen here!!!

We will joke about the things that have happened to us because of Fibrofog, we will laugh at our mishaps with our electric scooters! We will have virtual parties and we will enjoy ourselves and we will celebrate our lives. We will also cry and vent when we need to.

And ONE MORE THING. Some of these ladies can talk a LOT, and I DO mean a LOT so be prepared for a full mailbox. You can of course go on DIGEST but if you do, don't complain if someone forgets to trim the other 99 messages before they reply.

We're always open to new ideas so feel free to make suggestions but DO NOT come in and try to change us!
