We are a grassroots group of citizens committed to collaborative, comprehensive, effective & humane solutions to resolve community-deer conflicts in Fairfax County, VA - We are against any bow-hunting in Fairfax County parks.

Our goals & beliefs:

- if lethal methods are to be implemented as population control, that only the most humane method be used, & only in conjunction with a comprehensive plan approach

- to inform the general public of the abject cruelty & inherent suffering bow-hunting inflicts on deer

- to promote awareness of the cost & inefficiency of the bow-hunting program

- to publicize the danger to humans the bow-hunting program poses

- to investigate, develop, & promote humane alternatives such as immuno-contraception, etc.
