Fernley Freecycle serves the Fernley area. People who live close to these areas are welcome as well. Membership is limited to these areas because Freecycle™ works best on a local level.

The goal of the Freecycle is to reduce waste by connecting people who are throwing away goods with others who can use those items. No item is too big/too small to OFFER as long as it is legal & appropriate for all ages. Since this is a FREEcycle list, ALL items must be 100% FREE.

The Subject: line of each posting must start with the word OFFER, TAKEN, WANTED, or RECEIVED & the desc. must contain the general area of town. (cross street)

PICKING YOUR TAKER/RECIPIENT: Pick whomever you like and/or feel comfortable with when giving your item away & have fun with it!

Everything offered or wanted must be, totally free, legal, tangible, and suitable for all ages.
No services and no trades/barter/money. Period.
Interested in an OFFER? Reply with private email to the offerer; don't "reply all" to the entire group!
Show up! Pick your item up ASAP or email/phone the offerer to cancel.
Never OFFER with "it's out on the curb, first one here gets it". Work directly with just one person at a time.
