This list is for homeschooling families and families considering homeschooling in the Farmville (Prince Edward Co.), Virginia and surrounding area. It's a way for us to provide homeschooling information, resources, advice and encouragement to each other. If you are new to homeschooling in our area, welcome. Jump right in and introduce yourself.

We only have a few list rules: First and foremost, our children are always nearby so lets also keep our conversation and subjects appropriate for that situation. No proselyting. Please take religious discussions/views to private email. No Spam. No chain letters, 'forward this' type letters (chances are, we've seen them already), virus alerts, and no flaming.
