Our group is based in the First Unitarian Church of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Youthful Adults Living Life (formerly the Young Adult Group) is a social group within the church made up mostly of Gen-Xers (20's,30's & 40's). We are building community through shared activities and spirited conversations. We usually have activities on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month after the second church service, but we also have an active online community and plan additional outings via this Yahoo group. Our congregations are self-governing. Authority and responsibility are vested in the membership of the congregation. Each Unitarian Universalist congregation is involved in many kinds of programs. Worship is held regularly, the insights of the past and the present are shared with those who will create the future, service to the community is undertaken, and friendships are made."
