Hi there one and all...
I don't have an answer to you question but a heads up on the new
Windows 7 that is due for release in October. It is a replacement for
Vista (which is a pig) and I have been running it now for a few days
and it seems to look like vista but runs like XP, which is a good
thing in my estimation.
Windows 7 RC is a free download for testing from Microsoft. It is
about 2 gigs in size so those with a slow connection should be aware.

Windows 7 is scheduled to start shipping to retailer shelves on October
21...We have been Alpha & Beta testing it at work and LOVE IT. LESS memory
and CPU intensive compared to Vista on Dual Core Pentiums and 4 GB of RAM
and CAN run 32 bit apps like XP (this is what Vista SHOULD have been..I see
Vista dying like WindowsME did on the vine).plus you can put anything
anywhere on the desktop (IE: the time display in the task bar of XP? in
Windows7, it can go on the desktop as a clock!! SWWEET!)...Vista would not
run 15+ apps of our enterprise apps.not a good thing!!! Windows7 hasn't
missed a beat yet on any!!! For a public energy company and its core
operations spread over 6 states, that's a LOT OF good...no, GREAT, news!!!
(actually we have some sort of operations in almost all the 48 US
continental states)
