FRG-7 User tip; The RED LED ("Lock" light) should be OFF when the FRG-7 is correctly tuned!

Welcome to the FRG-7 user's group, a group for users of the Yaesu Musen FRG-7, Sommerkamp, Sears Radio or other variants of this Excellent Wadley loop Shortwave Reciever.

Here you can find discussions, modifications, tips, photographs, a copy of the manual, a lot of very knowledgeable members and other usefull information about the "frog-seven" etc.

To prevent QRM (Spamming), all new members will be Moderated for first postings, until I see what they have joined for.

People joining just to sell an "attic find", post links to e-bay sales, etc., will be ignored, their post deleted and membership terminated... then we are not a free replacement for e-bay nor a commercial group! This is not a Sales or Swap-shop - Only Active Members (taken part in discussions and been a member for more than 3 months), can place a "one-off" non-commercial "for sale" ads, (only FRG-7) or place a "wanted" ads.
