What is FOCAS? The Federation of Circles and Solitaries is a 501(c)-3 tax exempt, non-profit organization serving those who practice Earth-based faiths. Based in Southeast Michigan our current focus is to increase awareness and tolerance for practitioners and purchase land so we may worship freely. Chat Nights: Every first and third Thursday we meet at The American Bar and Grill in the Woodhaven Best Western between 7:30 and 9:00. Come socialize with FOCAS members and other area pagans! We also host public Sabbats at each turn of the wheel with rituals presented by various traditions of the Pagan Community. Board Meetings: Every second Thursday 7:30-10pm, open to members Community Service efforts include environmental clean-ups, interfaith outreach, Pagans In Need (a food pantry and source of clothing/ household items and pet food for those requesting assistance), The Tempest Smith Foundation, MEC, Midwest Witches' Ball, Bardic Jam!, PaganPride Detroit and MIPaganFest (a 4 day outdoor music and education festival in Belleville, MI)
