The Federation of Madison County Homeowners Associations, Inc.(FMCHA) was formed early in 2007 for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of Madison County by identifying and addressing quality of life issues and matters of concern through a federation of homeowner and neighborhood associations.
Madison County over the past few years has experienced unprecedented growth and has become one of the fastest growing communities in Mississippi.
FMCHA will represent the needs of homeowner associations and communities during this time of continuing growth and development throughout all of Madison County. When issues vital to our community are being considered, FMCHA will draw upon all its members
because a collective voice is a strong and loud one and will surely be heard. Many challenges will face Madison County over the coming years.
Membership in FMCHA will provide each homeowner and community association that joins with input in planning and improving quality of life issues and matters of concern. These will include:
• Family Life
• Education
• Environment
• Safety
• Improved/Enhanced Services
• Increased Property Values
• Planned Growth
