Welcome to FIAR Quilting Circle!
We're trading fabric squares to make a quilt based on the FIAR curriculum. Each quilter chooses a book and enters the swap. To participate you will need to register as a member of the group then go to FAQ under "Files."

We have the groups and their fabric requirements set up as follows:
B4FIAR List 1 (Titles 1-12) - Requires a purchase of 3 yards of fabric, from which you will cut twelve 14 inch squares.
B4FIAR List 2 (Titles 12-24) - Requires a purchase of 3 yards of fabric, from which you will cut twelve 14 inch squares.
FIAR Vol. 1 - Requires a purchase of 1.75 yards of fabric, from which you will cut nineteen 10.5 inch squares.
FIAR Vol. 2 - Requires a purchase of 2 yards of fabric, from which you will cut twenty-one 10.5 inch squares.
FIAR Vol. 3 - Requires a purchase of 1.5 yards of fabric, from which you will cut fifteen 10.5 inch squares.
FIAR Vol. 4 - Requires a purchase of 1.5 yards of fabric, from which you will cut fifteen 10.5 inch squares.
Beyond FIAR - Requires a purchase of 3 yards of fabric, from which you will cut twelve 14 inch squares.

Material must be 100% cotton, pre-washed (no fabric-softner), ironed and fussy cut. Please see our guidelines under files for cutting requirements. Members should follow this to ensure quality blocks for everyone.
To get started: Please check "Files" for a list of books, then go to "Database" and add your YahooID and title to an OPEN group. Please check our FAQ section in "Files" OR post if you have any questions.

Please do not select "NO MAIL" for delivery. If you do not want all the emails, we would prefer you select "SPECIAL NOTICES." This helps the moderators get important notices out to the membership. Thank you!
