Description

Free Flight Scale Model Aircraft are handmade of balsa and tissue paper, and are powered by either twisted rubber or small electric, gas, or CO2 motors. "Free Flight" means the models fly on their own once launched, without any ground control from the pilot whatsoever.

This group was founded for the sharing of knowledge in this fascinating segment of model aviation. Most of the group members are members of the premier FF Scale organization-- the Flying Aces Club (FAC). Sport flyers and beginners are also welcome. Building, flying, trimming, detailing, power sources, props, contest reports are all acceptable topics of discussion. The focus of this group will be on message quality; off-topic discussions will not be tolerated!
