Description

This forum honors the late Senator Paul Wellstone (DEMO.-MN), who died with his wife and daughter in a plane crash on October 25, 2002, by contesting the claim of Professor James H. Fetzer, Distinguished McKnight University Professor of Philosophy, University of Minnesota Duluth, that Senator Wellstone was assassinated, his plane being disabled by the use of an electromagnetic (EMP) weapon. The initial essay by Thomas J. Bieter, Esq. (in the Files section) uses Jurisprudence as the model of logic for assessment and and posits Chaos Theory as the more likely cause of the plane crash. Members can register their opinion on Fetzer's claim by voting in the Polls section of the forum.
