People,

there are all kinds of scams out there. Don't fall for stuff like people
telling you
to call numbers with area code (809) or people from 3rd world countries
explaining
that they will give you a 15% commision for helping them free up some secret
account.

There was a case of an Italian cold fusion researcher who was said to have
ripped
off Gene Mallove - the guy who wouldn't let me write an article for him on free
energy fraud. Now we have the following story of German/Swiss corruption:

At the beginning of the years 90's came up in Switzerland a new "overunity-
project", the RQM (German: Raum-Quanten-Motor). A man by the name Siegrist had
"developed" a
theory in which he postulated a "Central Oscillator", located some place in the
Galaxis. From there, all "energy"
is being radiated - sounds as some kind of "religious generator". The man was
poor and found a "sponsor" who gave him support. For compensation, he asked for
all the
documents after the death of Siegrist, who was seriously ill.
Shortly after the deal the "inventer" died and Jean-Marie Lehner took the papers
with him. Lehner is a hard business man. He wanted to make the good cut. He
found some
other "technicians" who had confidence in the theorie.
Other persons had a little too much money and were willing to multiply this.
The RQM company was founded (Raum-Quanten-Motoren AG). I knew Peter Schmid, a
keen news paper
investigator. This man brought the story to my attention. We started to
contact Lehner and he was happy to have an other "engineer" in his team. When I
studied the
theory it was clear to me that the UVERUNITY-DEVICE could not work as it was
claimed in the papers. But Lehner wanted to do it the hard way. The name of
Siegrist was
altered.
"Oliver Crane" was now the inventer, sounds good (could be an American or at
least a British )
Suprisingly many people found interest, due to some smartly put up advertising
in Switzerland and Germany. Especially religious persons had strong confidence
in the
"Central Oscillator". I managed it that I became non-paying-member of the
research team (I was just about my retirement from RCA and "had now extra money"
to contribute
for research !) In Rapperswil, a nice town on the upper part of Zurich-Lake, an
empty factory building was rented and a laboratory installed. Soon after, the
first simple
experiments were started and shown to the interested shareholders. It is
certainly more than one million of Swiss franks, which collected in the first
months. A retired
director, of Zahnraeder- Ketten AG, stuffed all his free money into the
"project". There were great assemblings and "demonstrations", with laser
projector etc. and an
animated movie, about the "physics" and theory ! This took place in the most
expensive hotel of the town, on the lake shore! The "business" was rolling
well. The
laboratory, equiped with expensive instruments, all was looking good. A lot of
confidence - one could buy options for the first working models, 25 kW-stations
for the
ammount of 25 000 CHfr. Now the years have passed and the big cheating was
blowing up. Lehner, at least has gained a villa in the aerea. He married
quickly a young Chech
woman and her child and transscribed the house to her. That's the way it most
be done ! Recently there was a notice in a paper that he had to declare the end
of the
company. There were no usable results. The shareholders ....that's an others
story. I abandoned my position as "consultant" after one year. My interest
was, together
with the journalist, to prove that it was a hoax ! It proved it self !
Here the claimed "mechanism" of RQM : The central oscillator radiates strong
Quanta in all directions. They also fall onto Terra, our earth.
It is very simple to make use of these quanta-currents - just put two thick
copperplates close together, but isolated from each other. Then, this kind of
capacitor must be
"pumped" mechanically, at a subharmonic frequency of the quanta - and the quanta
will do the rest - there will be a low voltage but an extremly high current can
be drawn
from the device ! sounds simple and good ! The "working" setups "produced
electricity" : Twenty 200 Watt bulbs were shining brightly in the center of the
laboratory,
getting the juice from the racks. I have noticed that the floor of the factory
hall was covered with steel plates which could be removed. In the adjacent room
were four
powerful supplies and thick cables run under the floor to the racks !
That's the cheating !

Now, to Paul Baumann : I have no intention to "mystify" this man ! But it could
be considered how he gets his "inspirations". You have probably heard the
theory of Andre
Charoux, a French writer, about the antique constructions in South-Americas and
other places ? He said that in the chromosomes (DNA ?) is much information
hidden. Besides
of this - the word information is generally wrongly used : information takes
place in the neuro-pysical system of a living oranism. What they mean, when
using the wrong
term, is DATA. But the English language is not at all precise when using Latin
words (this only is noticed by those individuals who have learned the original
sources of
European languages). Chromosome-Memory is the term, used by Charoux. There are
still data which might come out as time passes. Possibly, Baumann could use
knowledge
hidden in all of us, due to his "natural life style" (no alcohol, tobaco, etc)
Here, in this part of the world, many "normal" phenomena take place, which could
surprise Western observers.
