Families with Children from China - Upstate SC is a community of families in the Upstate SC region who have adopted, are adopting, or are exploring international adoption from China. Our purpose is to provide social, cultural, and educational support related to adopting from China or parenting Chinese adoptive children. We have formed this yahoo group help us communicate better with each other since our group covers a very large geographical area. It's our hope that this group can help us build our community by providing a forum for (1) announcing events of interest to our community, (2) organizing activities among our group, such as playdates and outings, and (3)sharing adoption-related information.
