Welcome to FBW48 Alumni. This is meant to be a site where old friends from FBW48 stationed in Chaumont can stay in touch. Please feel free to post photos, files, or links to web sites that would be of interest to fellow members. Note, also, that among other features, there is a calendar, polling, and a membership directory. We will be posting a Frequently Asked Questions document under the “Files” link (on the left side of this page), to answer questions about using these features.

REGARDING MEMBERSHIP:

We have a closed membership to ensure everyone’s privacy. Yahoo security is quite good, but each member has control of which personal information, (addresses, phone numbers, etc.), that they wish to add to their own member profile.

There are no hard and fast criteria for membership, other than a strong connection to FBW48 in the 1950s. We have invited every attendee of a previous reunion to join. If you attended a reunion, but haven't been invited, it is because we don't have an email address for you. If you would like to join, please send an email to FBW48alumni-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. If your name doesn’t appear on any reunion mailing lists, please explain your connection to the group. It will speed things up if you can mention the names of a few other people who are already members. We will try to turn your request around in a couple of days.
