F.R.I.D.A.: Feminist Response in Disability Activism
We meet monthly. For March 2009, we are meeting on the third Wednesday of the month, March 18.

F.R.I.D.A.'s Mission:
MISSION
F.R.I.D.A.’s goals from our start have been the following:
FRIDA is led by and for women with disabilities
FRIDA responds to issues affecting women with disabilities
FRIDA is radicalized women, representing ourselves
FRIDA raises awareness about the issues that affect us
FRIDA provides a safe space for women with disabilities and those who identify as a woman with a disability, regardless of sexuality
*we are in the process of considering gender issues (such as trans identity)
