you read a story to him, especially when you are not around. Record yourself
reading a favorite story on tape and let him/her listen to it throughout the day
or at bedtime. Another version of this idea is to have your emerging reader
record him/herself reading a story that he/she enjoys and can read fairly
successfully. This will help boost their reading enthusiasm and make reading a
fun activity.

       2. 8 Cheap Activities To Do With Your Kids

Welcome to the Southern California Wine Dinner Club (SCWDC). This
Group will bring groups of people together to enjoy food, drink
(Wine)and social activities. Wine Tasting, Visits to California's
Wine Country are also planed. Singles, Couples, and those with
children (when appropriate) are Welcome!

What initially began as an idea in the back of my head, will
hopefully become the meeting ground on which many new friendships and
hopefully, relationships will be created.

The friendships we will develop will motivate us all to plan other
activities such as happy hours, bowling nights, wine tasting
expeditions, sports nights, and concerts.

We have become a group that encompasses what our members wants: a
social group whose members plan and host dinners all over the
Southern California Area on any given night.... and other events
added in for variety!

If you are interested in meeting a broad range of people who like to
do what you like to do, please join the SCWDG.

Let's go out, connect with people, party, eat, bowl, and make the
Southern California Area (Orange and Los Angeles Counties) a
friendlier place for everyone.

Active Member Participation is a REQUIREMENT to remain a member of
this Group, as is a Completed Yahoo Profile, and being on either
Individual Email or Digest.

Singles/Couples with/without children are of course welcome on
"Family Outings", but for "Adult Outings", it's just the Adults."

As soon as the Group takes off, we will open the Calender Section for
the posting of the varies activities. Please remember to read all
