This network was created to help former Texas Instruments employees stay connected professionally and socially, to support each other, and to share ideas, talents and resources among ourselves and our communities. The Group is also actively involved in helping displaced TIers in their search for their next career opportunity. We meet on a regular basis to encourage all of the above.

The group is comprised of professionals from every former business group and function who have found "life after TI" and includes successful executives of other companies, consultants, entrepreneurs and people in transition. Since we have shared a common experience and culture, there is an immediate bond, respect and credibility as the basis for building relationships going forward.

Members of the ExTI network must be former employees of Texas Instruments.
