Hello Group….I am somewhat new to this group. I am conducting
research for my upcoming book concerning parallel universes. I know
this is a controversial topic and the "String Theory" is not accepted
by all. I am very much interested in your opinion in regard to the
possibility of the existence of parallel universes and if man is
capable of traveling between alter-dimensions of time and space. I
also believe in `Shadow People' and feel a clue to their existence

It's Pro-Choice that is right-wing, Not Pro-Life

Leave it to a Paleo-conservative prude like Bob Novak to get it all
wrong.
He blasts Bush in this week's column for "moving to the middle." As
exhibit 'A' he points to the appointment of a Pro-Choicer by Bush to
serve as Co-Chair of the Republican National Committee.
Novak:
The new co-chairman of the Republican National Committee, Jo Ann
Davidson, has been a member of the abortion rights group Republicans
for Choice since its founding 15 years ago. While handpicked at the
White House for the party post, she has opposed the president's
position on abortion.
So supporting a Pro-Choicer is proof that Bush is moving to
the "middle?"
If anything Pro-Choice on abortion is the hard-right position; very
limited government intervention in one of an individual's most
personal of decisions. What could be more hard-right than that?
What could be more "Goldwater-ian?"
I'd say since Bush is exhibiting a more tolerant streak as witnessed
by this appointee's position on abortion. If anything this shows
he's becoming more libertarian. And libertarianism - belief in the
very maximum amount of freedom short of Anarcho-capitalism is about
as "right-wing" as you could possibly get.
Further, the Pro-Choice position on abortion is consistent with
Social Darwinist/Malthusian values. It's the so-called Pro-Life
position that is inherently collectivist, i.e. Left wing. Anyone
remember the world's most hardest of hardcore Pro-Life Dictators
Nicalaeu Czechesku of Romania? A Communist, most certainly NOT a
libertarian right-winger.
Pro-Choicers recognize that all the world's resources are not
infinite. Pro-Choicers recognize that non-coercive measures
encouraging birth control and planned parenthood, with a back-up of
abortion, is a far superior strategy for our species, than one that
keeps the Terry Schiavos and infants born without a brain on life
support indefinitely.
No, Bob Novak has it all Bass Ackwards.
Pro-Life equals Collectivism, Socialism (witness the heavily
Socialist and Pro-Life Catholic Church) and in many instances
outright Communism.
It's Pro-Choice that is Pro-Liberty, Libertarian, and ABSOLUTELY
RIGHT-WING.
Congrats to George W. Bush for "moving to the Right" on abortion
with his selection of Ms. Davidson to Co-Chair the RNC.

Weikart, the Discovery Institute, and History
A Review of the Book,
From Darwin to Hitler : Evolutionary Ethics, Eugenics, and Racism in
Germany by Richard Weikart

Dr. Weikart is a senior fellow of The Discovery Institute, an
Intelligent Designer think tank funded by a millionaire Evangelical
Christian. Dr. Weikart's writings reflect the Discovery Institute's
agenda to get "design" and a "Designer" mentioned in school whenever
theories of origins are discussed. Since Weikart is a historian
rather than a biologist, his contribution to the I.D. movement is a
bit beside the point. Because even if his work does succeed in
getting more people to think of Hitler whenever Darwin or Darwinism
are mentioned, his book does not address the truth or falsity of the
scientific theory of evolution (not any more than a book about
atrocities committed by Christians addresses the historicity of the
Gospels).
Perhaps Dr. Wiekart could have emphasized in his book that the
threads of history point in many directions, and that although there
are connections between Darwin and Hitler, there are also connections
between Martin Luther and Hitler (as pointed out in the online book,
Martin Luther: Hitler's Spiritual Ancestor). There are also threads
in history connecting Christianity with anti-Semitism-racism-slavery-
torture-murder-wars-irrational fanaticism.
There are also the views of those who are not members of the
Discovery Institute, and who accept both God and Darwin's theory of
evolution. I am speaking of Christian Darwinists and/or fine-tuners
(who believe God set the laws of the universe in motion in the
beginning and nature worked things out thereafter). Books by such
folks include: Finding Darwin's God; Darwinian Natural Right;
Darwinism Defeated? (debate between an I.D.ist and a Christian
Darwinistic biologist); Random Designer; Perspectives on an Evolving
Creation (a collection of essays by Christian evolutionists); The
Tree of Life (forthcoming from Michael Denton, a former Discovery
Institute associate who asked his name be removed from their
website); and, God and Evolution (the last book being written by
Christian population biologist, David L. Wilcox). There is also the
journal, Zygon, that has been publishing articles on the connection
between religion, ethics and Darwinism, including many articles by
Christian theologians, scientists and philosophers.
Points for readers of Weikart's book to ponder:
POINT #1) Weikart makes much of a statement Darwin made in The
Descent of Man: "At some future period, not very distant as measured
by centuries, the civilised races of man will almost certainly
exterminate and replace throughout the world the savage races."
Weikart says, "Based on this--and, of course, much, much [sic] more--
evidence, I conclude that Darwin contributed to the development of
theories of racial extermination that were prominent among leading
German biologists and eugenicists in the early twentieth century."
"Darwin contributed to?" A rather vague assertion. You can find a lot
of things "contribute" to other things in history. In context
however, Darwin was not urging anyone to exterminate anyone else.
Darwin was parroting a view that can be traced back 60 years before
his Origin of Species was ever published, a view held in common by
BOTH creationists and evolutionists from 1800 to the 1930's. Patrick
Brantlinger in his book, Dark Vanishings: Discourse on the Extinction
of Primitive Races, 1800-1930, examines this commonly held view,
namely, that all "primitive" or "savage" races around the world were
doomed sooner or later to extinction. Humanitarians, according to
Brantlinger, saw the problem in the same terms of inevitability (or
doom) as did scientists such as Charles Darwin and Thomas Henry
Huxley as well as propagandists for empire such as Charles Wentworth
Dilke and James Anthony Froude. Brantlinger shows that by the 1890s,
especially through the influence of the eugenics movement, extinction
discourse was even applied to "the great white race" in various
apocalyptic formulations. With the rise of fascism and Nazism, and
with the gradual renewal of aboriginal populations in some parts of
the world, by the 1930s the stereotypic idea of "fatal impact" began
to unravel, as did also various more general forms of race-based
thinking and of social Darwinism.
"One of the most impressive aspects of Brantlinger's book is its
ability to trace the uniformity of extinction discourse across a
number of ideological and political contexts. [Not just 'Social
Darwinist' ones.]"-John Kucich, University of Michigan
To give just one example, within two generations of the British
colonisation of Tasmania in 1803, the entire full-blood Tasmanian
aboriginal population was dead, and a tribal society that had existed
for tens of thousands of years had been destroyed in wars against the
colonists and via diseases carried by them. (Some people of mixed
Tasmania-Caucasian pedigree survived.) Edward Curr (1798-1850),
director of the Van Diemen's Land Company, stated that the conflict
between the colonists and the Tasmanians would end "as all such
matters have ended in other parts of the world, by the extermination
of the weaker race." (Henry Reynolds, An Indelible Stain? pp. 52-53)
Curr's statement is an example of the kind of thinking prevalent
before Darwin's Origin was ever published.
Also, a book titled, Types of Mankind, appeared in 1854 (a mere five
years before Darwin's Origin) containing essays by a number of
creationist scientists, including Louis Agassiz (who soon would
become a vocal critic of Darwin's theory), which argued stenuously in
favor of the inferior position of the African race.
POINT #2) Weikart begins the first chapter of his book with these
words: Darwin sums up his view of ethics and morality in his
Autobiography, stating that one who does not believe in God or an
afterlife--as he did not--"can have for his rule of life, as far as I
can see, only to follow those impulses and instincts which are the
strongest or which seem to him the best ones."
Unfortunately, Weikart's snippet doesn't do Darwin's view
of "instincts" justice. Darwin continued:
"A dog acts in this manner, but he does so blindly. A man, on the
other hand, looks forwards and backwards, and compares his various
feelings, desires and recollections. He then finds, in accordance
with the verdict of all the wisest men that the highest satisfaction
is derived from following certain impulses, namely the social
instincts. If he acts for the good of others, he will receive the
approbation of his fellow men and gain the love of those with whom he
lives ; and this latter gain undoubtedly is the highest pleasure on
this earth. By degrees it will become intolerable to him to obey his
sensuous passions rather than his higher impulses, which when
rendered habitual may be almost called instincts. His reason may
occasionally tell him to act in opposition to the opinion of others,
whose approbation he will then not receive; but he will still have
the solid satisfaction of knowing that he has followed his innermost
guide or conscience. [Extracts from Nora Barlow ed. The Autobiography

Another Darwin quotation that Weikart did not address in his book is
this one:
"Man, from the activity of his mental faculties, cannot avoid
reflection...Any animal whatever, endowed with well-marked social
instincts, would inevitably acquire a moral sense or conscience as
soon as its intellectual powers had become as well-developed, or
anything like as well-developed as in man."(Charles Darwin, The
Descent of Man)
(One must of course keep in mind that Darwin was not discussing all
that could happen to a social animal to make it grow anti-social. Nor
was he discussing the many psychological factors that drive fanatical
mass movements--be they fascist, communist, or even Christian--see
Eric Hoffer's book, The True Believer, for information on that topic.
Darwin was addressing the much larger fact, often unnoticed, that
among social creatures, positive gregariousness, a liking for each
other's company, is the steady, unnoticed background for the
conflicts.)
POINT #3) Weikart's low opinion of any morality not based
on "supernatural revelation" is evident in his book. But,
invoking "supernatural revelation" to explain "morality" is merely to
invoke one mystery to "explain" another. Such a method of reasoning
does not prove anything to philosophers with different views. (There
are also Christian philosophers who find room for both God and
Darwinism in their explanations of morality, see above.) The Bible,
an alleged "supernatural revelation," exhibits its own cases
of "moral relativity," because it never calls polygamy, slavery, or
even genocide, "sins." Some "divine" commands in the Bible also
appear barbaric by today's moral standards. And though the New
Testament emphasizes that the individual believer ought to practice
self-sacrificial love even toward enemies, it does not say what laws
society as a whole ought to make and exactly how they ought to be
enforced. Only the Old Testament contains laws for society as a whole-
-and as already pointed out, some of those are barbaric by today's
standards. The letters of Paul instructed some believers to cast out
other types of believers from their midst and label those other
believers, "anathema." While a story in the book of Acts involving
Peter says that two believers were struck dead by God for not telling
the truth about giving "everything" they owned to the church, a
supernatural punishment that even C. S. Lewis found a bit extreme (he
doubted the historicity of that particular story). Also, the New
Testament ends with a picture in the book of Revelation of people
being "cast/thrown into a lake of fire," "whose smoke rises up
forever in the sight of heaven's inhabitants." Is such an image less
hideous or more hideous than herding people into box cars and sending
them to concentration camps? Also, the idea of "eternal hell" has
often made Christians fear the "heretical" beliefs of other
Christians, rather than serve as a goad to making crime in society
disappear.
POINT #4) Contra Weikart, notice what the British philosopher, Mary
Midgley; the biologist, Frans De Waal, and the physicist/philosopher,
Albert Einstein, had to say about Darwinism and/or morality.
First, Dr. Mary Midgley:
"Darwin proposed that creatures like us who, by their nature, are
riven by strong emotional conflicts, and who have also the
intelligence to be aware of those conflicts, absolutely need to
develop a morality because they need a priority system by which to
resolve them. The need for morality is a corollary of conflicts plus
intellect":
'Man, from the activity of his mental faculties, cannot avoid

instincts, would inevitably acquire a moral sense or conscience as
soon as its intellectual powers had become as well-developed, or
anything like as well-developed as in man.'(Charles Darwin, The

"That, Darwin said, is why we have within us the rudiments of such a
priority system and why we have also an intense need to develop those
rudiments. We try to shape our moralities in accordance with our
deepest wishes so that we can in some degree harmonize our muddled
and conflict-ridden emotional constitution, thus finding ourselves a
way of life that suits it so far as is possible. These systems are,
therefore, something far deeper than mere social contracts made for
convenience. They are not optional. They are a profound attempt--
though of course usually an unsuccessful one--to shape our conflict-
ridden life in a way that gives priority to the things that we care
about most. If this is right, then we are creatures whose evolved
nature absolutely requires that we develop a morality. We need it in
order to find our way in the world. The idea that we could live
without any distinction between right and wrong is as strange as the
idea that we--being creatures subject to gravitation--could live
without any idea of up and down. That at least is Darwin's idea and
it seems to me to be one that deserves attention." (Mary
Midgley, "Wickedness: An Open Debate," The Philosopher's Magazine,
No. 14, Spring 2001)
Second, Dr. Frans De Waal:
"Forgiveness is not, as some people seem to believe, a mysterious and
sublime idea that we owe to a few millennia of Judeo-Christianity. It
did not originate in the minds of people and cannot therefore be
appropriated by an ideology or a religion. The fact that monkeys,
apes, and humans all engage in reconciliation behavior (stretching
out a hand, smiling, kissing, embracing, and so on) means that it is
probably over thirty million years old, preceding the evolutionary
divergence of these primates... Reconciliation behavior [is] a shared
heritage of the primate order... When social animals are involved...
antagonists do more than estimate their chances of winning before
they engage in a fight; they also take into account how much they
need their opponent. The contested resource often is simply not worth
putting a valuable relationship at risk. And if aggression does
occur, both parties may hurry to repair the damage. Victory is rarely
absolute among interdependent competitors, whether animal or human."
(Frans De Waal, Peacemaking Among Primates)
Lastly, Albert Einstein:
"A man's ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy,
education, and social ties; no religious basis is necessary. Man
would indeed be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of
punishment and hope of reward after death."
I should add that Einstein's theories of relativity evoked savage
attacks in the 1920s by the anti-Semitic physicists Johannes Stark
and Philipp Lenard, men who after 1932 tried to create a so-called
Aryan physics in Germany. So the Germans were not only "Aryanizing
Darwin" but also "Aryanizing physics" and anything else they
could "Aryanize." With the rise of fascism in Germany, Einstein moved
to the U.S. (a month before Hitler took power) and abandoned his
pacifism. He reluctantly agreed that the new fanatical menace of
German fascism had to be put down through force of arms.
Evolutionists, creationists, and others in the U.S., agreed.

Thank you Edward for such a good review. The following is an attempt to study the complex nature of dualism in antiquity, particularly early Alexandrean, Thomasime Gnosis. Please consider the following a draft, and please feel free to give me feedback.....
The Operant Space

One of the ideas present in the study of antiquity are the ideas of dualism. We can conceptualize the idea of a polarity between a Point, A. and Point B., is virtually the same model as the Oriental Yin and Yang dualism. In Western philosophy Point A., and B., can be seen to have a center, which we can call the monad. So the dualism of Yin and Yang can have a center, or monad. The dynamic between Point A. and B. is a 'field' and can be studied, and applied.
In science we can determine the area between a given Point A., and B., in the dynamic of phase-structure-analysis. This space between the Alpha, and Omega, which includes any phase of a structure, can be aligned or characterized in behavioral science in the stimulant, operant, and response model. The space in the Alpha-Omega model can be seen as an "operant space." This text will show the way the nature of this field, the space, is effected in more complex models.
In the Yin and Yang model of dualism, we can see the polarity of the negative, and positive forces of the two points of difference, point Yin, and point Yang. In the sense of balance between the two points, there is a hypothetical centering point. This point is considered that mark, or 'monad,' which would indicate the force between the two points, when the model is applied to being a scale. A scale in the space between two points is easily seen as a measurable 'field.'
What happens in this field is the process of polarity. The hypothetical middle of this space is half way between each point. If there is an unbalance in the force of A. or B., then the middle is changed from the hypothetical center to the actual point on the/a scale where this deviation from the center between the two points, can be indicated. There is no absolute A. or B., there has to be either a tendency toward A. or B., in the field, between the two points.
The Yin and Yang model or symbology is based upon the model of a symmetry and balance between two dualistic states, or points. The colors of black and white in the field of the Yin-Yang circle in the symbol to signify two different forms both in a state of balance and harmony. This is the point of the monadic center in the model, and that hypothetical point in philosophic terms, indicates rest, as opposed to motion, the image of the model being in the rest state.
The dualistic model proposes a linear perspective in the operant space, in the Alpha and Omega, point A., and B. We can conceptualize it as a linear field, but one with the quality of polarity. If we change the form, structure, and substance of the linear field, and expand this field, the model will include, Point A., B., and C. This can be seen as a tripartite structure, or triangular.
The polarity of the points, A., and B., are constants in the model, where C. is added. The polarity of points, remains. The inside of the field is no longer a one dimensional pathway between two points, it is in effect an open space. One through which the process of triangulation, can be used to show the 'monad' or center of the field.
In this model, at rest, the polarity of the three points would be equal and the monad, would be the center between the points, A, B, and C. Like the original model of A. and B., if one point has a stronger polarity in the paradigm, then the center or monad is effected, in terms of where it indicates its resting spot (point) in the triangular space. At this point we can use the inner space of the model to triangulate between three or more points, Points, A., B., C., D., E., F., etc.
The addition of points can be seen as the lexicon of the field's structure. An ancient model of determining logic is known from antiquity, and is called the "Square of Opposition." It is believed to have been developed by Aristotle, and was known by all the famous Philosophers of antiquity.
This model postulates points A. B. C. and D., as a quadrangle, A., E., O., I., where corner A., represents all of something being logical.....

A variation of the square can be seen to show both truth and logic.....

This model shows how the points of the lexicon can link other elements to the original significance of the point. In other words the lexicon of the points can be expanded. Below is the field of possible outcomes where the duality of opponents is put into a field. Where in all the models before, A. is shown in the upper left corner. Here Point A. is contingent upon the outcome of the opponents.

Where Point A. can be seen in the first two models where All S are P's or where there is truth and logic, the third model has a logical Point A.,which can be seen as the 'winner.' But Point A., is in fact contingent on the elements of the other entities in the event, in this expanded model. We see the elements of the points change in the model as to their values. In this model the linear of singular points can be seen as effected by the nature of the points of the lexicon.
In terms of the psyche and how it holds lexicons, we can see the mind as a storehouse. The mind is in this case a field. The field can also be seen as the storehouse, and the Alpha-Omega as the action of the elements, and how they react in the field.
An interesting point in this model is that the physical structure of the quadrangular form, as long as it can be seen as an open field, can change its form. In the form of the quadrangle we see apparent points, but if the form is a circle the tool would work the same. That is if the points can be seen as opposing, in the model. The number of points can be infinite, as long as there is a corresponding opposite point.
So far our model is one dimensional in the sense that the model is a flat one we can see in less than fourth dimensional model. It is like looking at a picture of say a country scene, and perceiving the fourth dimension, but knowing that the flat picture only portrays the fourth dimensional image. When we see and operate in the real world, we are operating in a physical four dimensional world. It is like the psyche is dimensional and functional in itself, but also in the pool of others we communicate. Hopefully with truth, wisdom, and logic.
The process is like how we use language in the mind, and then through the process of speech we transfer the configuration of elements of the verbal lexicon to the opposing receiver. We can demonstrate this same process in fighting were one opponent uses techniques from his fighting lexicon against another. Knowledge is power. This can be shown on the 'opponents' model of the 'square.'
We have traced the simple dyadic or two part model, into a more and more complex model, where the points form a lexicon. We can see the same polarity from the simple model working in the more complex. The use of the model shows how these elements can be focused into the Alpha-Omega point, in the field. We can see how compound elements can form points as in the 'logic and truth' model. We can also expand the use of the field itself with multiple elements or 'monadic points.'
Another thing that can be demonstrated in the field is if you put multiple elements in the field you can measure those elements relevant to how they react or place themselves in the model. This use is common in Sociolinguistic, and Ethnology studies, where tendencies of groups can be shown in terms of their polarity in the model. This tool can show both like and individual characteristics of the elements in the field, in regard to the measurements and attractions to different points in the field
The elements of the field can be expanded so that the lexicon is everything in the universe.
We might wonder how anything ever gets organized. There is an explanation related to polarity, and the tendency of like things to repel or attract. Two aspects of this tendency effects man. One is in respect to the psyche, where the lexicon is organized for the self. The other aspect is to organize the lexicons, so information is understood, when conveyed to others using the language pool, or lexicon. This idea is consistent with the model of the fifth dimension in the operant field models above.
The polarity of one field, (psyche) and that of another is a complex paradigm of two different fields interacting. The polarity of this action can be seen in the field of the universe where two or more elements are posed in a field, where multiple elements can be seen to be attracted to the same polarity. Why does this happen? Two things come to mind.
One can be seen in Fries model of 'class forms.' The other is the effect of natural organization.
'Class forms' are an effect of things or ideas in a lexicon that have a natural attraction. Fries' theory postulates that words in a lexicon can be formed into classes.....
The way words are shown to be formed into class-forms or 'form classes,' are by entering the word into a specific framework. This method was devised by Charles C. Fries. Words are arranged into classes on the basis of fitting into frames. For instance a word in any language can be classified on the basis of how it functions in a certain frame. An example in a frame is: Any word that can be inserted into: The (_____) is 'prunikus,' may be considered members of the same class. "The (_____) is good," was Fries original frame. (Ibed.)
In the model above where 'truth and logic' are seen to work together in the model gleaned from the "Square of Opposition," we see this tendency in nature to form classes. This is the attraction in nature to form natural systems. It is best related in the Wisdom of Solomon tradition....
Dr. Stevan Davies' ("Gospel of Thomas, and Christian Wisdom" ) relates Wisdom to Solomon traditions and contained therein on the nature of Wisdom is its 'ordering value.' These descriptions are of great philosophical value to the idea of natural organization in formal study. They pertain to the way all lexicons are formed and this kind of organization is present in philosophy, as well as science.
As to Pseudo Solomon.... "This presents a series of ideas on Wisdom. "Included are Wisdom's creative and ordering power, her presence in the world in all human beings, and in the world through all her permeation of all things, and her arrival as spirit to those who call upon her." (Ibed, pages 52-4)
"By the time of the writing of the Wisdom of Solomon, Wisdom is not only seen to be active at Creation, it is said to permeate all the world, organizing and underlying all ordered phenomena." (Ibed p. 54)
"....must signify that Wisdom contains the paradigmatic patterns of all living thing (cf 9:8), and serves as the instrument of their creation." (Ibed p. 55., Anchor Bible Commentary)
We can see a tripartite lexicon where truth, logic, and wisdom are related. However, in this model wisdom, must be seen as the monad of the tripartite structure, and this is because Wisdom is the natural monad between logic and truth. Although we can see in the model there can be a balance of the elements, no matter what, you cannot have truth or logic, without the balance of wisdom in the action of the Alpha-Omega polarity. Not unless the 'Wisdom point' is put out of balance, like from circumstances in the world.
In the world we are engulfed in different sets of lexicons, which are formed in the polarity system of Wisdom's effect. However we see the entire universe if we do not see selectively to specific fields. In the vast fields of life's lexicons seeing the structure, form, substance, and actions of something can be confusing. After all, for a fact everyone does not do all things with wisdom. Wisdom has a center.....Wisdom can be seen as the 'monad' of the Universe.
I don't know who this Weikart guy is, but since he's an historian, he
clearly doesn't understand the scientific method. Intelligent Design is not
science because it is unfalsifiable!!! Thus, it doesn't belong in
schools...it's just religion posing as science....GARBAGE!

I agree. Not all religions want to tolerate religion or spirituality without science. Intelligent design, explained like the Solomon model, where a structure in nature is seen as part of the natural order is one thing. When you call this law, and apply social 'legalism' to it, then you effect the collectives in the 'corpus' and you effect the individual psyche(s), of those in the social pools effected.
The evolution of Psychology has to overcome a roadblock from Hell. Both in the collective, and the human psyche, exists the two possibilities of being punished by God. Or, being punished by Satan. The human operant space for the creation in the mind of these "Divine Possibilities," is a pervasive factor in human kind. I am well aware that 'operant space' does not mean in my work as what Skinner meant, exactly. I take the SOR formula, dump manure, dirt, and water on it and let it grow.
The law however is, if a 'thing' has thirty six inches of length between its longest length, from Point A., to Point B, and it can be determined that the 36 inches is also 'three feet,' being a foot is twelve inches, and the 36 inches can be divided into three equal segments, it is a "Yard." The 'thing' and the 'yard' can only be considered in the presence of the rest of the world, the cosmology, and cosmogony.
Herein lies the effect of the roadblock from hell. A large part of the present population believe they can be effected by God. Or, Satan. I mean these terms in a broad sense. It goes beyond the simple issue of good and evil dualism, because people believe different things about the nature of God, evil, the soul, etc.
A large part of the present population believe in manifest destiny. An alarming number of people believe in magic, of one sort or another, and this would include those who believe the nonsense about the magical creation of the universe or anything in it. (Asset forfeiture laws in the U.S. are based on the idea of the "personification of property." Your house, car, cash, possessions, break the law, and are declared guilty in some cases before the trial.)
President Bush is making a concerted effort to "Psychologically Screen" at least large segments of the population. I don't know what the motives are, but I know there are a lot of rumors as to the motives. Cleaning up the horrors of 'Family Court' and Child Protective Services, hasn't been mentioned in line with the Bush initiative. I'd say right off hand the whole philosophy of Psychology is about to meet the legalism of the present society, and its social industry. Good luck. I call that a "Dr Phil, shit the bed, serious problem."

The entire concept of "Strings" fascinates me. The more I learn about
this theory the more curious I become. If in fact this radical theory
proves to be correct, the `big bang' theory becomes an event that is
a common occurrence. If this is true what implications does it have
for man and our sense of reality? Perhaps the great distances of the
cosmos are but micro measurements in a colossal system of some sort.
Time when measured in human terms may be an insignificant measure
when compared to whatever or whoever this system really is. Perhaps
we were never meant to find answers to questions that are beyond the
scope of our understanding. Maybe life and in turn intelligent life
is simply a parasite that clings to a system ever changing.
Great minds of the past have given us wisdom to reach today's levels
of what we refer to as advanced technology. Today the ones that will
push the envelope still farther dabble with concepts that defy
explanation. Science fiction writers have relied upon imagination to
create situations that at the time of their writing seemed
impossible. Later we often utilize many of these ideas in everyday
life. Tomorrow will bring with it answers to many questions but more
importantly it will bring more questions that need answers!
Currently I am writing a new book tentatively titled "Parallel
Universes-Man's First Steps Beyond!" Researching the topic of
parallel universes has already stretched my imagination and I would
suspect that this story will give the reader some thought provoking
ideas of what man might expect when the technology is perfected that
allows travel between the layers of parallel universes. Many
scientists believe such a layer exists and travel between them
possible.
