Etsy MetalClay is a global group of jewelry artists and designers using silver, gold and bronze metal clays to create their work. We strive to make innovative, unique, and boundary pushing designs -embracing both modern technology and old world traditions. EMC members benefit by networking and developing relationships with other Etsy metal clay sellers while sharing tips, techniques, and knowledge.

Our goal is to create a supportive and helpful atmosphere for each other and promote the use of metal clay in jewelry design on Etsy.com

Qualities we are looking for include an attractive shop with clear, well staged photographs; original, unique designs; excellent craftsmanship; fair and appropriate pricing; professional behavior and dedicated customer service. Potential shops should list at least 15 items at the time of jurying and 70% of finished jewelry in member shops should feature metal clay components and focals although the use of beads, glass, polymer clay, faux bone, cement, commercial chain and other design elements in the completion of a piece is welcomed.

We encourage all members to actively participate in the team, including posting to the team forum and yahoo chat group; and promoting each others shops by creating team treasuries. Contributing in a specialized area of expertise will be highly appreciated.
