Ep_web members are parish webmasters of all levels of skill and experience, managers and developers of diocesan and seminary Web sites, Web consultants, independent Web designers, and others interested in the Episcopal Church and the Web and related technologies.

Related technologies include email discussion groups, parish office Internet access, Web site backend development / programming, handhelds, and more.

On Ep_web we learn from and support each other, and explore ways to help the Episcopal Church with Web and related technologies.

Some participants have created and/or volunteered for related projects, including the Episcopal Church Web Hosting project at www.ECWH.org and the Web site "Peek Through The Window" (of the Episcopal Church) for unchurched Gen-X and younger seekers at www.pttw.org.

From the start of the list in April 2002, discussion has included reviews of our Web sites and discussion of a wide range of relevant issues and resources. Please look through the email archives; they contain a lot of good information.
