Aim: To get the UNATTACHED ENGLISH-SPEAKERS in the region of Basel, Switzerland, to interact with one another at various events such as: Speed Dating, Talk Parties, Games' Nights and Hikes/Nature Walks! We need LOTS of members so that each event will be well-attended, thus fulfilling our mission. So, if you speak English (non-Native speakers are, of course, welcome) and are single, please join our group! Our goal is to get as comprehensive a list of English-speaking Singles as possible: the more members, the greater the chance of meeting interesting people.

Singles who join will be added to a CONFIDENTIAL mailing list to be informed of upcoming events. Members' information will NOT be listed here and members will not be able to interact directly with one another or post messages to the group. Members' information will not be disseminated to other members or any other parties for any reason.

*single, divorced or widowed
*interested in getting to know other singles at organized events.

As of October 2nd, 2006, we have just over 30 members, but unfortunately, no where near EQUAL numbers of men and women. We need MORE SINGLE MEN to join, before we can plan an event. Post flyers at your job, ask friends to join.... stop people in the street if you have to! We have to get these numbers up! :-)
