Description

The costume of Tudor and Elizabethan England, and throughout Europe in the sixteenth century. Including men and women, working and upper class and the clothes of Queen Elizabeth herself. For anyone interested in Elizabethan life and costuming, from authentic hand-sewn reproduction clothing to historically-inspired theatre and wedding costumes.

We encourage authenticity and historical accuracy, but we welcome all levels of costumers and historians, from beginners to academic experts, and hope to create a genuine community of shared information and interests.
