This includes devices available on the market as well as those that are "improvised," "underground" black market, or illegal.It also provides news about military research and use of electronic weapons and surveillance. and new technologies that have the potential for use in malicious manner. Countermeasures for victims of crimes using these devices, and methods of coping are provided when available.

Sources cited will tend to be mainstream, scholarly, scientific, professional, official and/or respected investigative entities. The group is not focused on conspiracy theories, UFOs, or paranormal phenomena.
