The Edgewater Beach Neighbor’s Association (EBNA) is a block club in the 48th ward of Chicago. A block club is established for civic and informational purposes. EBNA is a volunteer group that works to preserve, promote and develop the Edgewater Beach neighborhood as a stable, multi-ethnic community and to encourage and foster mutual understanding and goodwill among the residents, police, city agencies, businesses and other community rrganizations.
