Ron Paul's Federal Constitutionality Will Bring About More State Tyranny If Not
Stopped at the State Level

Paul 2008 Campaign

Is it a democracy? It's a Democratic Republic If We Can Keep/Take It.

Merely because an individual can't do everything, does that make everything else
bad? The Revelations about the Ron Paul 2008 Campaign Committee were truly
disparaging (See full correspondence below). The roots of the Ron Paul 2008
organization are full of UnConstitutional Tyranny in principle and action -
Hours of Prayers for their 'Thank God for President Bush' videos' promotion. The
Ron Paul 2008 campaign organization shook my core foundations of Ron Paul.

How can I support a candidate advancing Federal Constitutionality while his very
organization is advancing State UnConstitutionality and Continued
UnConstitutional Federal/State Vote Fraud?

My immediate thoughts were that "I can't". The then, only viable option was that
Ron Paul must completely reorganize his Campaign Committee and State agendas, or
I can not support Ron Paul. Wiser minds saw another excellent possible venue.
The Baby Can Not Be Thrown Out With the Bath Water.

Keep the Baby and Throw Out the Bath Water. If Ron Paul can not remove his Ron
Paul Campaign Officials from LA, LA must remove them. Of course, this would be a
huge burden added to our already near impossible dream of a Federal
Constitutional government and add the burden of assuring a State Constitutional
government. As things are now, we might not get any assistance from the monies
we have contributed to the campaign. Hopefully, things will change after my
notice to Ron Paul's Congressional Office.

Ron Paul may think that he can only get Federal Constitutionality by leaving
State Constitutionality entirely to the States. I believe it is a wrong/poor
assumption, and I can see some validity in that belief. But, the States must
Not be made sacrificial gifts to BUSH Constitution subverters in order to
accomplish Federal Constitutionality.

This is Our State Ron Paul has put Constitutionality at the Federal level on the
table. Constitutionally, The Constitution is a State oriented blueprint.
Constitutionally, the president has no right in our affairs. But, as a
Constitutional candidate he should at least insure that State Constitutional
Activists that have supported him financially and actively should receive Ron
Paul campaign materials/assistance regardless of their State stand for a
Constitutionally Accountable State government with a Constitutional Vote - Full
public disclosure with hardcopy evidence - paper will do, it need not be stone.

In essence, the LA Ron Paul Republican party is divided with one branch facing a
monumental chore of making sure we have an Honest Vote, holding State officials
Accountable to The Constitution, and LA Ron Paul republicans of the Ron Paul
2008 organization that want to keep the old BUSH elitists in power and beholding
for their jobs, while they continue to destroy LA Constitutional Rights, ignore
the Facts of Vote Fraud and UnConstitutional voting procedures.
Ron Paul may only be able to give US rights on the Federal Level. Each State
must take It's Own State Rights. (Take notice Ron Paul Supporters in Other
States and You Will See the Same State Agendas being formed across US by the Ron
Paul 2008 Campaign organization.)

One of several similar emails regarding 'Villain' and stopping vote fraud that
elicited the Matt Chancey response:

What has non-Ron Paul opposing Roger 'Villain' Villere (LA RP Comm Chair and
preordained national delegate) done to date?

1. Advanced caucus deadlines to decrease the amount of time for RP supporters to
organize and register.

2. Poll taxed delegates - nothing to elitist republicans, but devastating to
average financially strapped RP supporters.

3. Delayed the actual caucus dates to allow already registered elitist delegates
more time to organize.

4. Made 'district' voting = city/parish voting to destroy easily seen support in
any and all districts - from what I have seen there is not even one caucus that
is composed of ONLY it's actual district - indeed there are several whose
caucuses will consist of 3 actual districts.

5. Made sure we will be using electronic voting for possibly as few as 50 to 100
people/per district, when a simple paper ballot would insure easy, accurate,
verifiable and true voting.

Short of arresting/shooting/disqualifying (and this last one may very well be
used more heavily soon - I'm hearing several stories that voters registration
changes submitted prior to 11/30 are coming back with dates after 11/30) Ron
Paul delegates, I FAIL TO SEE A SINGLE AREA THAT 'VILLAIN' HAS NOT USED TO DO
EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO INHIBIT RON PAUL AND ASSIST ELITIST REPUBLICANS AND
SHOWS ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN HE WILL NOT CONTINUE TO DO THE SAME AT EVERY
OPPORTUNITY. Since the national RP organization is so pleased with 'non-Ron Paul
opposing Roger Villain' can they please suggest that he at least give US a
little kiss when he is done with US?

Villain must be voted out ASAP so that he may NOT sabotage the National
Convention. US need Patriotic Constitutional Representatives Not
Representatives denying Constitutional Rights with Poll Taxes and other
inhibitory restriction upon the Electoral Process. The 'Villain' Must Not Be
US's LA State Republican Chair at the National Convention.

Ed,

I really appreciate your concern about vote fraud and the way the LA GOP has
organized its caucuses. However, I am concerned that too much energy may be
spent on this issue and not enough on getting people to turnout to the caucuses.
There is nothing we can do to stop the process that has been chosen. Any legal
action takes too long and the issues that concern you have largely been dealt
with in the courts already. Political parties are treated like the Boy Scouts.
They are private organizations. If they want to choose their nominees by a jump
rope contest, that is their right. If we don't like the system, we can either
work within the system, or start our own party.

All this to say, please work with us. We don't need affidavits. We don't need
injunctions. We don't need to go to war with the LA GOP. (My emphasis - One

I really appreciate your concern about... However,...

No one is forcing your assistance. Merely asking to assist US. The Rules Need to
Change to those of a Constitutional Party. If you are not going to take
pre-emptive and post measures against UnConstitutional Party Tyranny and Vote
Fraud, please stay the hell out of the way. I'm up to 13 confirmed delegates
with my district - I'm taking care of my district - thanks to a lot of help from
my LA brethren/sistren. I'm going to do everything in my Constitutional power to
return US to a Constitutional government in every vital aspect. The National RP
may remove me from district LA manager if you like - but it will not stop me.

I'm sorry you feel this way about things. Of course you're free to do whatever
you want, but it won't be in any way connected with this campaign unless we can
all work together. Our campaign is driven by the efforts of volunteers like you.
But we need to work as a team if we're going to have a maximum impact on these
caucuses. I know I can't stop you from doing what you want to do, but your
decision means I also can't help you or encourage anyone else in LA to help. (My

There are 18 "They" problems (like non religious being a classification for a
'Constitution Destroyer') in the ALRA Declaration of Conservatism. Yet, the
recent ALRA president and the Southern Reginal District Director for Ron Paul
2008 campaign can not find a single "They" in any current Southern District
State Republican party official (all of them are former Constitution subverting
BUSH pushers. A State Constitutional Republican party must have Constitutional
Republican State party officials and certainly not Constitution subverting BUSH
Pusher State party officials. Apparently finding a single 'they' in the current
BUSH pusher party is considered War and Matt Chancey most definitely "... don't
need to go to War with the LA GOP." - unless maybe God/Bible/Religion tells him
to. After all, God/Bible/Religion Is The Supreme State/Federal government Law).

Now I'm crazy about Ron Paul, but if he is just a talking head for State

Due to the generous financial support by volunteers like you, Ron Paul has a big
enough war chest that I feel comfortable asking them to pay for all delegate
fees. Huckabee will be broke after Iowa and New Hampshire if he's not careful.
Thompson may already be broke. Rudy has no organization on the ground even if he
spends the money. So I believe we have a distinct advantage.

If we do a good job making sure we know most of the Ron Paul supporters who show
up at each district caucus, then vote fraud is a mute point because we'll know
nearly exactly how many votes to expect. We'll also know the total number of
people who attend the caucus. I have already contacted the campaign's attorney
and informed him about the caucus process and the need for him to be on standby
in case we run into problems following the caucus vote.

I am going to personally be in LA for the caucuses. So is John. We're going to
have campaign observers at each caucus.

If everyone does this, we'll win. If only half of us do this, we'll probably
still win. John and I have worked these type of caucuses and mass meetings all
over the country and know this process. Please work with us.

I am CC'ing John Tate, David Johnstone and Andrew Axsom on this. I would prefer
this conversation take place among us and not other volunteers. Any level of
internal disagreement can spread and turn people off to the process-- and we
need EVERYONE to be engaged in the caucuses.
