Description

This group is intended to facilitate the discussion and dissemination of accurate information about the neurosciences and how they relate to and impact educational theory and practice. Currently, this group is intended to serve parents, classroom teachers, administrators, educational researchers, cognitive researchers, and researchers in the neurosciences who can benefit from shared discussion. However, in the future, the group maybe divided into more specialized subgroups. Currently, you should feel free to ask or answer questions about brain development, brain based learning, myths about the brain, reading references, announce conferences or educational programs, and find families or individuals willing to volunteer for surveys or experiments.

This is a moderated group. Commercial solicitations, spam, and personal solicitations are not allowed. The direct distribution of copyrighted material is prohibited, although links to such material can be included in posts. Discussion must remain polite and respectful. Posts and users can be edited, moderated, or banned at the discretion of the list owner and moderators.

If you encounter problems or have questions please contact Michael Atherton at athe0007@mn.rr.com.
