Description

This is a weekly newsletter for those interested in ecstatic contemplative practices and traditions, which includes mysticism, jhana yoga and ecstatic Buddhism. We support people who experience ecstatic absorption, the 8 jhanas, 8 Samadhi, and 9 dhyanas, rigpa, shunyata, and Nirvana.

This group is also in support of meditation practitioners of any kind, especially vipassana, satipatthana, Dzogchen, Mahamudra, Advaita Vedanta.

This newsletter supports practitioners from any vehicle of Buddhism regardless whether it is Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana, or any contemplative tradition such as Yoga, Kabbalah, Sufism, Gnosis or Christian Contemplative practices.

This newsletter also seeks to support people as they move through their spiritual awakening, and begin to experience ecstatic absorption, and any of the conditions of ecstasy that may occur due to meditative absorption, such as ringing in the ears, vertigo, out-of-body experiences (OOB), astral, and lucid dreaming, bliss, ecstasy, kundalini, chakras, auras, etc.

This Yahoo group is a service of Sotapanna Jhanananda (Jeffrey S, Brooks)
